The overall experience with Basement Panther was fantastic. Joe, our inspector/salesman thoroughly listened to what we were looking for, patiently answered all my questions and provided helpful suggestions (he did not push any services). The crew (Lorenzo, Pedro and others) were efficient, punctual and left our basement very clean. Panther replaced our basement french drain, installed a sump pump and vapor barrier on basement walls. The price was very fair and the crew finished the job in only 2 days. I highly recommend them and would use them for other projects.

Joe and his crew were amazing. They were here two days fixing crack in foundation, placing french drain around crawlspace, and installing two sump pumps. Joe was extraordinarly responsive and talked through all options with me. He even came out the first day to answer a question I had about another pipe in the basement. He ended up having his guys seal the pipe for no charge. They left the place spotless which is crazy considering how much dirt/concrete they took out.

These guys are amazing! My basement had several problems and they took care of everything. I interviewed and had 5 basement guys in. These guys are real , virtuous, willing to work with my budget, not out to scare you ( yup some basement guys still try that). I would recommend to everyone. They did the work and did not cut corners. My basement is good now. So great full to them. I will use them again for my basement windows in the spring

Lorenzo and his team did an amazing job. They completed Rough Casting and Parged my entire basement as well as replaced a concrete block outside in my yard. First, Stephen came by my home to give me an estimate. He was fair and honest and ensured me I would not be disappointed. Lorenzo and his team came by and completed the job in one day. They were very professional and kind. I am very satisfied with there work and would highly recommend them to others. My basement looks amazing.

Joe and Lorenzo are amazing! Joe is experienced and knows his stuff! My basement had water issues and joe knew exactly what to do. Lorenzo installed a subpump along with a French drain and IT LOOKS AMAZING! I have been working with home advisor and angies list and each contractor gave me an **off** feeling .. but with joe, I felt comfortable and safe. He had the best price and knows his stuff! I would hire him again in a heart beat. Do yourself a favor- do not look further- joe and or Lorenzo is your man for the job. You will not regret it!
