They installed a French drain and sump pump within a day. They also patched up the holes were water was seeping into my basement. I had some heavy rain over the past few weeks and my basement has been staying dry ever since they came. Thank you guys so much!

Stephen and Lorenzo were extremely quick to respond to my outreach, even for a follow-up question after the installation. The installation was quick - the next day after I said I was ready, and it took from 9 am to 5 pm to lay the hydrostatic pressure relief system and vapor barrier. The only thing I wish were different would be that I wish I had seen photos of what the vapor barrier looked like ahead of time (I have an unfinished basement with uneven walls and didnâ t realize the barrier would be wavy as a result, but itâ s perfectly functional and sounds like itâ s not a quality concern). I would use them again.

This company is awesome. They came out the next day for an estimate, and 3 days later my sump pump was in and the waterproofing complete. The crew was outstanding and professional from start to finish.

The inspector Stephen was very detailed and shared the "science" of why the water was entering my basement, which I appreciated. The crew arrived on time, and did a nice job cleaning up. Friendly folks and got the job done the same week of my estimate which was great.

Only reason it wasnâ t 5 stars across the board is they didnâ t properly warn us to get permits for their truck even though I specifically asked about it. It ended up being no issue and they were diligent, quick, and relatively affordable compared to other providers. They also were very responsive to our questions.

Basement Panther did a great job parging my basement for a reasonable price. Their pricing is significantly better than other companies for the same services. Joe, who did the initial evaluation was very pleasant, professional and I never felt like he was trying to pressure me into anything. The crew was efficient and respectful of my home. I got several quotes. Basement panthers was the most reasonable estimate I received by far to reseal a portion of my basement which had excessive humidity and address mold. They completed quickly and did an excellent job.

The gentleman who came out to give me the estimate was very professional and gave me very good information on what I needed and why. He also took pictures and explained what he would do. I can't get into my crawl space so it was very helpful to actually see it myself. The workmen were very professional. They did not disturb the rest of the house at all. The came on time and stayed late to get every thing done within 3 days. The price was very reasonable for what I needed done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Professionnel Courteous and Skilled They a beautiful job.

I have a crack in my foundation that was allowing water to get into the basement and soaking the carpet. I hired Basement Panther to dig down along the foundation to the footer and adhere a 3 layer patch with an anchored outer membrane seal. The patch was approximately 3 foot by 7 foot. The crew had a great work ethic and kept the area neat with minimal interference. For the time it took to do the job, the price seemed a little high, but it includes a good warranty. I was impressed by the workmanship; they had to remove and replaced part of my brick walkway and looking at the bricks, you canâ t tell which ones were moved.
