+ -1 moreThey tested the unit and said it was defective. I did not have a receipt since it was a gift. They accepted my warranty registration as a sign of goodwill. They did not have to do this but they wanted to make me satisfied even though I could not produce the purchase receipt. They could have just denied any responsibility for the replacement. I did not have to go back to the gift giver to ask for the receipt which would have been a mutually embarrassing situation.
Description of Work: After only a few months, an iPod that was given to me as a gift did not work. They tested it and said the manufacturing date made it out of warranty. They provided me with a replacement based on the fact that I registered the gift as soon as I received it.

+ -1 moreExcellent, very professional. Did everything that would help and be less costly. He's the one who informed me of the training program. No one else, no other store, was really interested in fixing my Apple computer.
Description of Work: Straightened out my computer so I could use it. It didn't have enough power. I did buy more power. I bought Leopard previously, and then the new printer said it didn't work and then Leopard didn't work because I didn't have enough power. They diagnosed the problem, showed me how to fix it, and were very patient because I know nothing about computers.
