A Waterproofing Solution did an over the top job. The workers arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up af the end of each day. The men who came out in the beginning of this project were very prepared, explained the process and offered Veteran’s discount. They also explained how to get financing if needed. There were several heavy rains since the drain and pump were installed and the basement remained dry. Such a relief. Highly recommend this company. We had 5 estimates and chose A Waterproofing Solutions. We made the fight choice.

The teams were on time(actually early) every day. The worked tirelessly and professionally to complete the work. Even when they ran into unexpected challenges, they kept moving forward to the finish line. They communicated with me frequently and made sure I understood each part of the project. The project was competitively priced considering the scope of work. Overall, I would use this company again and refer my friends.

work was completed on time (2 days). was told that items would be moved inward away from the walls and section sealed to prevent debris from coming through barrier. all the workers did was covered the items with clear plastic covering but debris and dust still got on items. during the digging of the trench drainage, it caused the main water inlet pipe to leak from its coupler. due to the contract stipulation at time I signed for them to do work, the contractor is protected from damages from 'pre-existing' wear-tear from the house, including the leak they caused, unfortunately. clean-up was also messy and left debris, dirt, and dust on the floor as well as crew's leftover food wraps and water bottles.

The job was professionally finished in two days; any items I noted were quickly addressed and the cleanup was impeccable. All the folks were friendly and respectable and I would absolutely hire them again.

Before Waterproofing Solution showed up our basement was unusable and we were starting to have foundation issues because of the water coming into our basement. They spent a week waterproofing our basement and it has been the best money we have spent! Absolutely no water and no musty smell anymore! All the workers were extremely polite and respectful working around our schedule. After the job was completed the clean up job was just as impressive. Nothing left behind and all the dirt and dust created during the process was removed as well. Great price! Great people! Great experience! If you are considering getting this type of job completed... this is the company to do it.
