THIS COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OFFERS. I found a coupon on Angie's list from R&D for a new HVAC system install. It included everything that was needed for price of $6,600 GREAT! (34% off). the sales rep. came to my house for a survey, he recommended upgrading to a two stage furnace, which I agreed, BUT instead of charging me the extra amount on top of the coupon, the coupon went out the door, and the price was over $10,000. I asked him to review the coupon and just add the extra amount, he would not do this, then I asked him to just go back to the coupon price he refused. not a reputable company. I gave a rating of D and not an F, because up until the sales rep. changed the deal everything was very professional quick response and appointment setup, now if they could just honor their commitments

Professional, experienced, superior customer service, competitive pricing, trustworthy, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. R & D has the right business model for selling their products and services. We had purchased our old HVAC Unit from them over 23 years ago (a Bryant Unit, replaced with another Bryant Unit). From our salesman to the customer service representative to the installation, each team member at R & D was professional and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with our HVAC Unit (again).

Very well, Jeannie went above her service call to check the LPG pressure to the furnace , while i had the newly installed tankless water heater at full power and also the gas fire place on. Jeannie was happy to assist me !!!!!

The original company that installed the regulator used a vent that was supposed to be only used indoors. Jeannie diagnosed the problem the last cold snap when the temperature dropped below 25 as the regulator froze up. Installed a new regulator with the proper vent and this should handle the issue.

It went very well. Service person, Jeffrey Katz is knowledgeable; describes what he is doing if customer sits and observes, explains what needs to be done and why; maintains his procedure by writing steps he is performing in a personal notebook for several reasons (1) in case computer copy is lost; (2) so that he can write maintenance report on the spot using his notes as well as progress through the check up methodically; (3) and for training and accountability purposes as well as graphic review once he has completed the job. Jeffrey has taught this customer many things about my AC and Heater. He has made suggestions regarding safety such as replacing outdated fire extinguishers. He notices appliances and comments about safety as well as complimenting workmanship of others. This builds homeowner confidence with contractors and with Jeffrey K. Since Jeffrey is conversant, some homeowners may not appreciate his narratives, suggestions or easy humor. My take is that he has proven his expertise, has consistently informed, and has been honest across every visit. I believe my investment in spending my time learning and continuing a rapport with Jeffrey is worthwhile and valuable.

Ryan came and assess the situation and reconnected the plugs and had us back up and working in no time We were "new" customers that day. Another service who disconnected us never returned even though we had a scheduled appt and they never returned our phone calls. Ryan answered our need within an hour on a Sunday afternoon. We signed up for a yearly contract that afternoon mainly for peace of mind. Great company.

Jeannie arrived on time, was very knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with. She explained the new filter they provided and why it was better than existing filters and had other options for my system should I choose to add them on in the future. Overall, working with R&D has been a great experience from their installation through their service. Great company and they have great people working for them.

Great! I have had Mr. K service my equipment before. He did an excellent job then and he did an excellent job this time as well. He is quite knowledgeable and he has all the tools needed to do his work efficiently, without hassle. He was extremely thorough, checking various parts of my heater. It gave me confidence that my heater will serve me well this winter. Overall, he is an excellent technician and represents R&D very well.

Jeffrey K was an outstanding service tech. He was very knowledgeable and gave detailed feedback as well as some cost saving tips.

The guys did a great job. They were very conscientious and made sure the system was installed correctly and that I understood all the settings, which are pretty advanced compared to the old system that was 14 years old. Also got some good advice on improving the existing duct work to eliminate air leaks. The new system works great.

Jeffrey K. performed the maintenance, and I found him to (1) listen to my questions, (2) updated me on my system situation, and (3) perfomred the work professionally.

William is cheerful and kind and answered all of my questions (I had many)! He is very knowledgable about heat pumps and how best to use them in this particular climate. Definitely recommended for reliable and efficient service!
