Description of Work: We wanted a custom wood fireplace mantle installed. Johnnie came out to look at the job and kept promising a quote, but never actually gave us one. He was quite busy and despite multiple efforts and much patience on my part, I received nothing from him for a month and gave up and went elsewhere.
