This was our third job with Len and crew. The first two jobs went very well and we were happy with the results. This job ended up with a few minor problems that needed addressing and Len came back with his folks and made everything right. In the end we got a first class product and Len and his team were able to deliver on outstanding service recovery. Consequently there will be more jobs in the future.

I had a superior experience from start to finish. I submitted an online inquiry about installing carpets in a short timeframe. I received a call from Len within 10 minutes to further discuss my requirements and from there we scheduled a date for an estimate. Len arrived promptly, had exactly the samples I was looking for, and delivered a reasonable price quote. The carpet was delivered and installed very quickly and the outcome couldn’t look nicer. Lens install team did a great job. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International and will most definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent!! Len came to our home with samples, very convenient. Set everything up. Robson and workers were very professional, cleaned up and took away all debris. Peggy called and let us know when workers would be coming. Len came after work was completed tomake sure it was “perfect” and it was!

Excellent , quality work

It was easy, pleasant and the results are great. We let them know that we were interested in replacing our old carpet with wood and/or cork flooring. They came with appropriate samples and were able to pick out a wood flooring to match the hall floor. The cork flooring was exactly what we wanted. They gave us a bid the same night and we accepted. The floor was ordered and delivered the next week. After a few days to acclimate, they came to rip out the old carpet and install the new flooring. Heavy furniture was moved and quarter round trim and transitions were installed. It was done in a day and a half and the price was fair. Len inspected the finished floor with us and was sure we were happy before receiving the final check. We will hire them again.

Len did a great job helping us chose the product and finishing the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly, did all work necessary, and cleaned up. Len returns and inspects the job before the final payment. He corrected some work so that we were 100% satisfied.

A few hitches but they dealt with it very well

Great! He came to our house with a van full of samples, we didn't have to go anywhere. Talk about convenient. We discussed our objectives and budget with Len. He really listened and worked with us. He never tried to up sell us or push us. He was patient and polite. The installation was the cherry on top. His guys were on time, professional, and CLEAN! I did not have to vacuum up rug pieces and tacks after they left. It was a delightful experience. We will use them again in our new home.

Fantastic. From start to finish, we really enjoyed working with this company. The owner, Len Pritchett, is delightful and honest. The men who delivered and installed the floor were amazing. They were happy; they sang (not in an obnoxious way!); and they worked SO HARD. On the last day of the installation, I was trying to get them to STOP cleaning up -- I felt they'd actually done too much. The worker said, with an authentic smile, "We just want you to be happy." The installation is perfection. We had one spot where we didn't think the molding was quite right -- they came out in less than 24 hours and made it 100% perfect, still with the amazing attitude. Len really cares about the people who work with him, and they make a wonderful team. We spent more than we intended, but our experiences with less expensive places now tell us that this was the absolute right long-term choice. If you want care, rapt attention to detail, and someone who honestly just wants you "to be happy," spend a little extra -- because you're getting a whole LOT extra, and a floor that will outlast you! Now to do something about those cabinets...

Len is one of the nicest people that we have ever met. Not only is he a quality business owner, he is a quality individual as well. Len was very patient with us & walked us through all of the different styles, qualities & options of both carpet & tile that were available. In addition, Len was extremely helpful & accessible throughout the entire process, & he helped us choose both carpet & tile that were high quality, great value, & most importantly, that were priced within our budget. Plus, his customer service is second to none! I will only ever use Len & his team for our future flooring needs & once you meet him I am confident that you will too!

It was a real pleasure to work with Len Pritchett, the owner of this franchise. He spent a lot of time with us discussing our needs and concerns and showing us a variety of products as well as discussing how the overall project would take place. His crew was polite and efficient and did a wonderful job installing the floors, being especially careful around the kitchen cabinetry so that there were no scratches! They replaced baseboards in some places, and left the house fairly clean despite the amount of dust created by the demolition. Len was in contact with us and did follow-up a few days after the job was completed. It was obvious that he values customer service and that he and his crew respected us and our home. We will use him again!

We moved into our home one year ago and the main floor had three different types of floor covering that needed to be replaced. We checked out a number of popular flooring sellers but each one had a similar approach which was to pick a sample, bring it home and make a decision. We found this difficult because the samples were small and often didn't look the same in our home as they did in the store. Also, we educated ourselves about the different types of floors to choose from but with this being such a large investment, we had a lot of questions so the process was just frustrating. We heard some good things about Floor Coverings International and read some positive reviews so we decided to try them before we abandoned the idea completely. It was a great decision. Len Pritchett, the local owner, arrived at a time of our choosing with a large number of samples… It was what we needed because we could pick from the samples to see how they would look in each room and under different light conditions. Also, Len is a great consultant... not only did he answer questions about the flooring itself but he explained what to expect in each room in terms of the installation. We had some concerns in the kitchen because it had linoleum and the wood floor is much thicker but Len listened to our our concerns, took them to heart and explained exactly what to expect so we had confidence we were making the right decision. We selected a floor that night, he measured it all off and gave us an estimate on the spot. Within a week the flooring arrived at our home and we scheduled the installation. Manny, the leader of the installation team was great - from start to finish, he took great pride in his work. They estimated three days to install the floor and they finished in two. Every detail was expertly done and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. Since we were having our floors replaced with prefinished hardwood, we didn’t expect as much dust as there was but Len went above and beyond to clean up so the initial impression of the floor was nothing but positive. He also made all the arrangements with plumbers to handle the gas and plumbing work. Len and the team at Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job with our floors. When you make a significant investment like this into your home, there is naturally going to be some nervousness and uncertainty… all I can say is that Len took all of that out of the equation and put our minds at ease. The floors look great and looking back, I honestly felt that Len and Manny treated our home as if it were there own. If your going to make this investment in your home, I can’t imagine getting a better experience or seeing a better result than what FCI did for us. I never post these types of reviews but when someone does such excellent work and takes as much pride in what they do as Len’s team does, you want them to be successful. FCI didn’t rebate my installation for this review or anything like that but all I can say is that if you’re going to make a big investment in the floors of your home, you should absolutely use FCI. -Avondale PA home owner

We had carpet installed in our living room, hallways and stairways. The installers were quick and efficient. We are very pleased with our new carpet!

Everything went exceedingly well. The franchise owner met with us personally and showed us a variety of high-quality carpet samples and pads, and explained the differences clearly so that we could make an informed decision based on cost and quality. The price was very fair for the quality of the carpet we picked. The install was performed on the day it was scheduled, and the installer arrived promptly on time. The installer moved our furniture out of the rooms carefully, completed the work quickly and professionally, and moved the furniture back in just as carefully. The install was very well done; one of the rooms had a seam across the doorway to the closet, but I don't know where because I can't find it! They even vacuumed up the loose fibers when the install was complete. Nothing went wrong, everything went very smoothly. Am planning on using again in the near future on another upstairs bedroom.

After recently moving and doing quite a few home improvements, we have worked with several contractors and service providers. Honestly, this company was the best! We used them for carpet installation and intend to hire them again for several tile projects. From our initial meeting to the final install, they were easy to work with, on time, helpful, professional, friendly, and fair!
