We went on vacation and it was all done when we got back. You can imagine the plaster dust that seeps everywhere when it is scraped off walls. There was none below the attic which would be bedroom level. Ed had really sealed everything up tight. Two months later (I had waited to see if more dust would settle) I went back to the attic with a vacuum and also wet bucket. There was hardly anything to wipe except the stink bugs in the sills. Ed is professional in every way. He is knowledgeable in the care and repair of old homes. He fixed a window rather than replace because it was old with a peg mechanism that was for holding it open and had beautiful old glass. He is clean and neat, prompt and honest. I totally trust him as you must have noted since he worked while we were gone. I have him lined up for a spring 2014 job to replace a porch roof with a metal one. The tong and grove ceiling of the porch is beautiful and he is going to maintain that feature. He really does know how it should be done.
