After waiting excessively long for the required part, EH came to repair the ice dispenser on my Samsung fridge. When they left, the machine dispensed ice but would no longer switch between cubed and crushed (not a problem before they "repaired" it). When they came back to check the new problem, they were unable to check the wiring because they "didn't bring that tool". They denied all responsibility but did offer to call me in the next day or so with a price on the new repair. Not surprisingly, I never heard back from them. Ultimately got the fridge repaired elsewhere and was told they likely damaged one of the connections when removing the panel. I regret that I didn't pay by credit card (to dispute the charge) because they don't stand behind their work. Of course, the check was cashed right away so no recourse on my end. Hopefully this review helps someone else from falling victim to them.
