Bautista's Upholstery

Bautista's Upholstery came highly recommended. I had to buy the fabric. He did an excellent job and maintained the integrity of the chairs, it was antiques. He showed me how I could save a lot of money by not using leather because with leather we had to buy a whole size and that would have been expensive and the fabric that he used looks just like leather, you wouldn't know unless you're an expert. What I didn't like was he didn't call me when the chairs were ready. I had to call him and then when I went over there to pick-up the chairs and I said I would like to get the remaining fabric, e said "oh, did you buy the fabric?" and asked for the receipt. Apparently, he didn't know where his copy was. Luckily I had the receipt with me so he had to give me the fabric. That was my only complaint that he was kind of disorganized. He's fairly responsive. I probably would use him again but I think next time I'm going to get another estimate before I do. He did do an excellent job, he's just disorganized. I think he's getting ready to retire and maybe he's just not as responsive as he used to.

I heard about them through an interior decorator. They were great. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were very fast; their work was really top notch. Price wise, they might have been high.
