If I could give a zero I would.
Description of Work: they came around with a door to door sales pitch and talked us into a treatment and a plan. Once they finished I realized this was too expensive and there was no realized benefit. I asked to drop the service and they are now pursuing us for a large termination fee. I am not paying and suggest you look elsewhere for a local service that actually works.

Please be wary of this company. Caught me as I was walking out the door. Very slick. They make it seem like you are getting a deal, but, I had some financial set backs after I signed and they would offer me lower prices to continue for the year, but would not waive the cancellation fee. All they want is money. IF they can offer it cheaper, why don't they in the first place. They were not at the house long enough to do everything they stated, either. I would advise you shutting the door in their face. That is what they do to the consumer when they are having issues.

The people who came were extremely nice to deal with and seemed very thorough. They were very nice, certainly very respectful and thorough. The service was very good but we still need to wait for the results.
Description of Work: We wanted an extermination.
