When he went to pick up the frooring. Gino took the time to check it, found it damaged and got it replaced quickly. I had been planning this project for some time and had high expectations. Finished (including thorough cleanup) by 2pm. Proj Manager was present during install and did follow-up with me after work was done to verify. Excellent experience.
