The plumber came out to fix my furnace and when asked to nicely wear a mask because I have a autistic 7 year old son and a one year old. He rarely told me NO and went into the basement then slammed the door and left. An hour later my house begin to get cold. I then got a call from mg landlady stating he forgot (in 30 degrees while flurrying). He was very unprofessional and comes know contact with too many people to WANT to jeopardize our health. I am currently freezing awaiting services. I have no family where I live and I am alone!!!!!
Description of Work: I needed my furnace repaired.

Actually answered the phone rather than getting a voice mail and came to estimate job that same day. The final cost was the exact estimate. He was thorough and neat. The job required cutting a hole in the plaster ceiling to access and replace drain pipes. The cut was done evenly and neatly that will enable an easy repair to the ceiling. He left with very little if any mess whatsoever. Would recommend and hire again. Was more than pleased with the work performed.
Description of Work: Replace drainage pipe from kitchen sink through basement.

When I called him the night before he helped me troubleshoot the issue. He was honest and I felt like he wasn't just trying to make money. He answered my questions about a job done by another contractor. He reconfigured the piping and added support where needing which avoided the purchase of a new water meter. I was very satisfied with the cost. I had work done a month before by a plumbing co. and later found out they overcharged me alot. So it was nice to have someone who did a good job at a good price and seemed more concerned about the customer then trying to make a couple extra dollars.
Description of Work: Fixed pipe leak before water heater and reconfigured piping. Flushed out pressure reducer.
