Tony worked with us to get a free quote and then we signed contract the next day for them to do our roof. We were scheduled and he was in contact with us when they were delivering materials and when they were starting the job. The guys came to start the roof and they were really nice guys. Courteous and picked up after themselves. Yard was cleaned up when they were done and the metal roof is really nice looking. The guys worked hard in the hot weather and in the rain. They got everything done in just 3 days and we have a pretty big roof. They did excellent and told us to call if we have any problems at all. Awesome team and definitely would recommend them!! Price was in our range and I was quoted soooo much higher than them when I was shopping around for roof guys. So happy we got them!!

Tony came right out, gave a straight forward estimate, got the job done super fast and went above and beyond. No complaints.

They worked steady and rather quickly. The care were highly professional, courtious and took all of our home improvement needs seriously. The quality of work is outstanding and the price of services is very affordable, I would highly recommend Thermoall Remodeling to anyone looking to fix up their home.

First crew was carpenter crew, through hot and very humid conditions build new roof over front deck and prepared it for metal roofing. My design- they accomplished it and made adjustments with no problems. Found carpenter crew were professional and cared about the outcome and satisfying my wishes. Within 2 weeks the roofing crew came. They were prompt and consistent. Worked around inclement weather [afternoon thunder storms]. Found their work to be of high quality which resulted in a sharp looking metal roof. Other than a minor persistent problem, they were relentless in fixing a small leak. Same crew in-cased the chimney in vinyl stone siding, which came out beautifully. Seamless gutters with leaf-guard were also installed. Very satisfied. The work took around three and a half weeks total, not including the monsoon-type weather we were having at the time. I am very pleased with the whole project. Themoall is lucky to have found such conscientious, professional and reliable crews. I would recommend them to anyone and I have.

They never showed for the estimate so I called and the guy said he has a birthday party for his daughter so he was not coming. I had made little arrangements to be home from work so I talked to the owner and he didn't care. The owner wasn't responsive and didn't care about it and said they had a birthday party and they should have at least called if the plans changed and we had scheduled a week and a half ago. I just had five estimates and called them two weeks later and probably wouldn't use them anyhow but wanted to give them an opportunity at least to give an estimate and they came to give an estimate and wasn't very prompt. My mom was there and they didn't get out of the car and just looked from the car outside and turned around in the middle of the yard, putting ruts in the middle of my yard, not using my driveway like anybody else would, and then drove away. I never got an estimate from them and never set up an estimate and the guy didn't get out of the car. My impression then from a reliability standpoint is horrible, they didn't come out and give an estimate for a $20,000 job and when they do come out they didn't get out the car and then turned around in the middle of the yard in the car, leaving ruts, where in another 15 feet or so he would have been in a turn-around with gravel. On top of that they never sent an estimate and it was horrible. I would not recommend them. If they can't be reliable to come out and give an estimate on two occasions how are they going to treat us when they get our money. I had no trouble getting hold of them and their receptionist answered the phone and they were super pleasant. They signed up the appointment for the estimate and there were no issues that way. They were great and very pleasant with big ads in the paper and all the kind of stuff. On the outside it looked nice and shiny but when they showed up it was other way. The lady I talked to first was very good and they were good until that way.

The project took longer than anticipated but quality was not once forfieted to race to the completion date. Scott the forman and John were very curteous and treated the job as if they were working on their own home. As issues arose solutions were discussed professionally and we were permitted to imput our ideas as well. All solutions were agrred upon by all. Tony the owner was called a couple of times for his input and his response time was remarkable, and he was always dreadily available. Tony, Scott and John were all very coperative as I was out of town for much of the time they worked on my home and because my wife was unsure of solutions they spent a great deal of time explaining things to me via phone calls. And because I could not answer all issues by phone they were happy to continue in other areas of the project until I could return home and discuss further. Some nearby residents will be using them for future projects. Personnaly I would reccomend them and plan to use them for future metal roofs on other properties I own.
