Description of Work: Replaced heating pump. Came prior to job to survey and give estimate. Arrived on time, did what was expected, cleanned up works area when finished. Cost was exactly what we were quoted prior to work. Works great! Very professional. Very pleased with work!

+ 0 moreBob answered the phone personally at 6:45 am. Came over to my house and spent 30-40 minutes checking things out, bleeding radiators and doing diagnostic work. Turns out the issue was the programable thermostat and was easily fixed. Charge was very reasonable, service was great. I've used him for over 10 years and will continue. Really knows his stuff and treats us well.
Description of Work: Heating system was not working properly: needed house call to figure out why.
