Solich Electric

Ok. Work done on rental so I was not there.

Did not use Solich yet, will complete when I use them, now get off my back!

Mr. Solich advised me that no new cables were needed. The reason that ice was forming in one section was attributed to the arrangement of the cables in that section of the roof. He adjusted them so that they were closer to the edge. No need to replace the entire cable. Another company had told me that the entire cable needed replaced.

Mr. Solich was very professional. Out of three contractors that we reached out to for estimates, he was the only one to return our call. He conducted the initial visit the following day and provided an estimate later that evening. The estimate was verbal and he broke down all pricing for me, parts vs. inspection. On the day of service, he arrived on time with this team. We again walked through the house and I answered a few questions for him. He informed me that the power would be turned off for approximately 2 hours. Approximately 2 hours later, my fuse box was updated to a new electric box, new ground rods were installed outside, my electric box was consolidated into 1 box (I previously had one main 110 fuse box and 2 additional 220 fuse boxes). He also moved the main electric lines coming into the house. Originally, they were near that door and could be grabbed, but he moved them to a spot where no one is able to touch them. Once he was finished, he cleaned up and provided a bill that was almost $100 under his estimate. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Mr. Solich to anyone needing electrical work or we personally would use him again for any future electrical work.
