Description of Work: The technician showed up at the appointment time, he took great care to prevent any spills and cleaned-up afterwards. Very courteous, job was completed in short-order.

Description of Work: My Toilet was backing up and he helped me determine the problem.... the drain pipe was frozen.

Description of Work: I called Roto Rooter around 8 am because the Angle Valve began to leak after I had turned it off because the toilet would not stop running. I was told that someone would be out after lunch. Brian, the technician called around 11:00 to ask if he could come by earlier. He arrived before 11:30. It had been snowing out and I asked him if he had booties to put on he offered to remove his shoes. I greatly appreciated this! Brian looked at the toilet to see what the problem was and what tools he needed to do the repair. He changed the angle valve, along with all the guts from inside the toilet tank in less than half an hour. Very courteous. This is the second time I have called Roto Rooter rescue and I will definitely call them again if I ever have a plumbing issue.

Description of Work: Worked from 10pm until 1am to fix problem, returned as promised the next morning(on time) and finished the job with a larger piece of equipment. Took extra time out to cover the carpet they had to walk over, very respectful of our property. We would use them again.

Description of Work: I recently had a basement drain clogged solid in the middle of the afternoon while the wife was washing clothes using that drain. With standing water in the drain area! A nightmare no one wants. I called them to fix the clog.

Description of Work: About a year ago they cleaned out my septic system. The toilet was clogged, and they had to open up the drain. They cleared out all roots that were growing in. They have done this 3 times for me.
