Ralph was here at exactly 9 a.m. and took the laptop with him. He needed the password and my power cord. He was clean and polite. He dropped it off the next day at 3:30. Fixed.
Description of Work: Ralph fixed my laptop. It was not letting me do anything or click to stop the pop-up indications. It was over run! He picked it up and returned it the next day. I had the "Monster Virus", which he had to restore my computer and clean up the system. He installed software to prevent this from happening again. It runs like the day I bought it. He put free virus protection and anti-spyware.
