We had a great time with Shannon and going through the procedure of selling our houses was not stressful as she took over and kept us well informed as things progressed. It is hard to sell a house that means so much sentimentally, but she made it easy. She even gave us a gift the day it all closed. Would have put a review up sooner but Angie's List is just getting good in this area......
Description of Work: We have used Shannon as our agent for two houses..... and if we ever need to sale or buy again, it would be Shannon we would call....she is VERY responsible, VERY professional and VERY nice. She listens to you and actually makes you feel like part of her family. If you need an agent, don't hesitate to call her;......I used another agent years ago and he tried to play both sides the seller and the buyers.....what a mess!! Not only unprofessional but totally unfair. Shannon would never think about doing anything like that, she is trustworthy and honest . A real gem in this profession....Call her.......:-)
