Description of Work: Parrish and his crew repaired and installed a new flat roof on an apartment building for us. He was great to work with and his price was very fair for the work performed. There was a little issue after the work was completed, but he was very quick to come back and take care of everything. I would definitely use P Varnish Contractors again.
