Terrible, I wish I could give him 0 stars. He sold us a hot tub in Richland, when he delivered it they manhandled it which led to a hose being damaged. We immediately told him it was leaking water but he told us it was our fault- even though we were not even in it once! He sent his repair guy over (Jerry) who was very nice but Don wouldn’t let him order what it needed to be repaired. Don eventually came over and refused to repair it which ended in a yelling match in our yard. He also threatened to take the hot tub which we paid for (obviously). We just wanted him to repair what they had damaged. Eventually he had BZ pools come and repair it properly at the cost of a few hundred dollars. I don’t know how he stays in business!? Fast forward to present day, we are having an in ground pool installed- NOT by Millers. The other day it was raining and my daughter saw a man out by the pool with a clipboard as if he was inspecting the job. He was going through all the pallets lifting up tarps all- while it was pouring down rain. When questioned he said he was “inspecting” the work. When asked his name he said “Don Miller”. We have NOTHING to do with him and our pool installer has never even heard of him! Why in earth would he be in my back yard sifting through my stuff in the rain!? We have surveillance cameras which clearly capture him so we made a police report. There are a lot of pool and spa places, save yourself and find ANYONE else to do your project!!

See above. This was an overall bad experience and I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: This company put in an unground swimming pool. It was to be installed within 2 wks with weather permitting. It took 7 weeks. The first two weeks were beautiful days as far as the weather. However, they were full of stress. One of the workers passed away, not on a working day. So, I tried to be understanding when work was delayed, but it quickly became one excuse after another when work was continually delayed. Soon, the rain came so he used the clause "weather permitting." When work finally made some headway, the work was notably shoddy. The footer in areas was low and some area high and one area looked as if cement and gravel ran out and barely covered the corner. This became a problem area. The inside corner of dirt in the deep end was collapsing and being blamed on water accumulation not the fact that the footer was subpar in that area. I took pictures before it was back filled "just incase." This company was supposed to put in the cement side walks/ surround around the pool but we asked him not to because the stone he used to fill forms was sub grade and once again high in some areas low in others so we were concerned about the integrity of the cement throughout Johnstown winters. We hired someone else to do the work and we were right too. We had all the forms and gravel placed by Miller pools removed and done properly. Miller pools only deducted $1300 even though the itemized estimate was higher for this cement work because he added $1800 for water removal (which was a sump pump tended by my husband). Of course, he made it appoint to tell me that he did a lot of excavating for free. After talking to another professional who I hired to finish landscaping, I realize now that Miller's did unnecessary excavating but used sub grade french drainage pipes. So once again, we had to have Miller's work undone and redone costing us $2600 in landscaping and drainage system on top of $23000 paid to Miller. We did expect some landscaping fees post pool installation but didn't expect to repay for drainage system. Mistakes were made with the diving board installation but was a.k.a "an upgrade." Owner likes to uses " we are giving you an upgrade" every time a mistake is made. I say, yeah right!?!?!?

Well, ordered my part and found out the manager sold me the wrong part extension for our pool. I called over the phone to start with to let him know I had gotten the wrong part and he didn't want to deal with me because he had just had leg surgery and he was in pain and didn't feel like dealing with my problem. So I then took my wrong part and made the trip to his store to return it. He then called me a liar and said I was wrong. He pulled out a display model there at the store and he realized he did sell me the wrong part. All I wanted was the right part for our pool and this was the service I had gotten. I didn't even get an apology for how he treated me. Do yourself and favor and bypass this store!!! It's not worth your time!
Description of Work: Ordered part from store and wasn't given the wrong part. I went to return the part and was told I was a liar and that I didn't know what I was talking about. In return the manager realized that I was right and he did sell me the wrong part for my pool.
