Slow response to email. Two-week wait for an appointment. Plumber could not fix the problem as he said the whole bathroom floor needed to be replaced, including tearing out the vanity. To fix the toilet! There is a good subfloor under the vanity. The problem, according to the plumber, was when the floor under the toilet was repaired about ten years ago, that plumber used particle board, which got wet, so now the toilet bolts won't hold. I suggested just replacing the flooring in the area of the toilet. He was doubtful. He mentioned putting in new click-lock flooring, as well. So instead of addressing the issue of a wobbly toilet, he wanted to remodel the bathroom. The plumber wasn't sure he could get the bolts back in, after pulling the toilet out. I offered to get some pieces of plywood I have in the basement, just for a temporary fix to possibly help to hold the bolts till he could get back, but he said no, he'd be there for hours, and he had a lot of appointments. The owner was supposedly going to call me that day to make another appointment, but I never heard a word. I asked to have the $125 "toilet reset" fee applied to any future work, but the plumber said he couldn't do that. So I am out $125 and am no closer to having the toilet fixed than I was 3 weeks ago, when I first emailed for an appointment. If they had called me back, I would still have tried to work with them, and reach some reasonable scenario for just fixing the things that need to be fixed, but they have just moved on.

They are very thorough and professional. By far, the best plumbing service I've used. I've used them before on bathroom projects and was very pleased with the workmanship and service.

It was a good experience. The plumbers that i had been dealing with, i did not hear from them. I called them and they all seemed book. Meyer's is local and when i had other things about them and i thought i should give them a try. They did their job and got it done, they did not take a long time.

This place is awesome!!!! We walked in only to find everyone zooming around assisting customers. We walked up to the counter explained what we needed, asked questions we were unsure about and low and behold, next thing we knew they were explaining everything we were going to need for our heating system upgrade. Asked us questions of what exaclty we needed and wanted to do, then went around and got ever little last piece of material we needed. When we were unsure, they fitted pieces right in front of us to show us exactly how it would look. They were great at explaining everything, including how we could install it. They even had duct with higher R value that no one else in our area carried. This place was great, even gave us a discount on a few pieces we purchased. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone in the area. They don't care if you are a contractor or diy homeowner. They treat you the same as a customer and value your business. We drove past them so many times in the past, but thinking they were closed to the public, only to find out they aren't. We loved this place. They are honest people and want to meet your needs as a homeowner. They even provided us info on a central AC unit for our home.
