The attic got wet in the rain because they did not tack down the paper correctly. They also damaged my neighbors car. They fired that crew. Another crew came and fixed everything that was wrong. They also paid for the damage to my neighbors car.
Description of Work: .We just had a new roof put on and new windows installed. They replaced eighteen windows in the house.

Description of Work: They provided an estimate for tearing down old porch and deck and then they ripped it down and removed the waste. Then they ordered the materials for the sunroom and when the materials came in, they constructed the sunroom and they laid the carpeting.

+ -1 moreThey came at eight in the morning every day. Striped off old roof and put it right in the dump truck. Put the shingles on and put new wood where necessary. Front of house first and then back of house then small side and were done. They had to wait till better weather to start facia but as soon as they could they were back, 2 days to do that and plaster work. Next is gutters, expect them to do them just as well and as quickly.
Description of Work: New roof was put on in 2 1/2 days. They cleaned up as they went. Put on new soffit and Fascia, Put a new cap stone on my chimney and put new spouting on the house. They even fixed the plaster that was damaged by the old roof.

+ 0 moreMike gave us a great estimate compared to the other companies. We were a little disappointed at the start date because it was later than we would have liked but considering the windows had to be ordered we understood. Much to our surprise they were there three weeks earlier than anticipated. Jim, the installer, did a great job, explained everything from the safety features to how to correctly pop the windows to clean them. He did a terrific job cleaning up and even came back on the weekend to install a small piece that had been missing on the upper story window. To do this he had to go to the trouble of taking the ladder off the truck etc. He even had to contend with a very grouchy bulldog! The only reason I gave them a fair in puncuality was it rained for an entire week and a lot of the work had to be done outdoors so if it rained in the morning they were there later and vice versa. Overall I would have them back again.
Description of Work: We had eleven windows installed on our home. Very old house with odd sized windows and uneven siding.

+ -1 moreThe men were very careful. They carried the washer and dryer and cabinets inside every night to prevent theft overnight. They cleaned and vaccumed all the mess. They are very trustworthy. Had no problem leaving for the day and allowing them to lock the doors. Dan also lowered the price in the end as it was a few hundred less than he thought. Very honest.

We sat down and talked about possible options for the project I had in mind. HE measured everything, showed me samples and price quotes.I chose the product and colors. He asked that I get back with him when I made a decision. I called two days later and placed the order. Within a week, I was contacted about the date for nstallation. The installers came as scheduled.. Worked diligently and cleaned up. Gave us very good instruction as to how best to use the retactable awning.
Description of Work: The company ordered and installed a Sunsetter retractable awning. The representative made a home visit and shared a number of ideas as to what product would be appropriate for the project that I had in mind. He was cordial and informative and "not pushy."

+ -1 moreWe originally wanted the existing plastic tub surround replaced with another plastic tub surround as well as having the tub replaced. This was for a second upstairs bathroom that was smaller than most. Once the job was started they were unable to find another plastic tub surround to fit properly so they put ceramic tile in at no extra cost to me. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done nicely and properly. I love they job they did and would definely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

+ 3 moreDan has always stood behind his workmanship. In most cases we encountered minor issues, after the work was completed. Dan personally visited and made sure the issues were resolved to our complete satisfaction. As an example, about four months after the family powder room was finished, we discovered a leak that appeared to originate inside a common wall. Dan came the day after I called but could not determine the source of the water. The very next day one of Dan's crew arrived and opened the suspect wall to find NO leak. He worked with my husband to find and correct the leak which had nothing to do with the renovation. They closed the wall and replastered and today we can't tell where the opening was made.
Description of Work: We had Loebirch Contracting replace the roof and some rain spout on our house. The crews arrived when promised, behaved in a professional manner and cleaned up the property each day. They finished when expected and left an attractive product. They returned sometime during a very nasty winter to correcf a small problem with the rainspout that was only apparent after much precipitation. We have used Loebrich Contracting for numerous projects since 1998. Loebrich has finished our family room, somthing my husband started but just couldn't finish. They have renovated our kitchen and main bathroom, installed a powder room in that family room, replaced exterior doors, windows and siding and of course the new roof. They always started when promised and usually finished ontime. When they didn't finish ontime the cause was outside their control such as receiving the wrong kitchen cabinet and a shattered bathroom counter top. They still made the rooms work for us until the replacements were received and installed.

+ 6 moreI would like to say that Loebrich Contracting is an excellent business to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good quality and honest improvement made to their home. I have never felt at any time that I paid for something that I didn't get. I hope they are around for a long time to come. I know I'm going to need their help again.
Description of Work: The above quoted dollar value of $100,000 covers six jobs over 13 years as decribed in the following: My wife Barbara and I had just moved into town in 1997 and 1998 we wanted to remodel our kitchen and bathroom in the new house. I had passed Loebrich's Contracting business several times and a friend had told me he heard that they were "pretty good", so I called them. I was impressed right from the start. When Dan Loebrich came to the house to work up a quote, he was very professional, low keyed, and friendly. I was able to talk to him at my level of knowledge and never felt intimidated or pressured. The cost of this project was approximately $14,000 after we made some adjustments. He had no problem allowing me to put some"sweat equity" into it in order to save some money. I did all the demolition in the old kitchen. His crew was very respectful of our home. They were friendly, cleaned up everyday, finished the project in a timely manner and did an excellent job on the entire job. We couldn't have asked for better results. Four years later we sold our house and moved into another house which over time has been a "work in progress". Loebrich's has been there all along the way. They have become our GO-TO contractor ever since the kitchen job at the first house. The following is a list of what they have done for us at our new home with the same wonderful results: 2003-$75,000 Built a 20X28 family/dining room addition with a 3/4 bath and a full basements. Plus a kitchen remodeling. 2004- $400 Help me get started by setting the posts up squarely so I could build a 16X20 deck on the side of the new addition. 2010-$1,200 Installed a new Man-door in our basement. 2010-$3200 Installed a new storm door system for the French doors on our new deck and also installed a new SunLiner awning on the deck. 2011-$6,000 As I am writing this they are about to start remodeling our master bath room A few years ago, I recommended Loebrich's to a friend who wanted to have a major room addition done on his house. He hired them and was very pleased with the results.

+ 6 moreWe interview 7 or 8 different contractor's and knew from the first meeting that Loebrich was going to build our addition. Dan Loebrich was always available to help with the design and contruction began in Mid-May. By mid-June the building was under roof. Dan's staff was was helpful with suggestion on things we didn't take into consideration such as outlet and ligthing placement. We have 3 small boys and their safety was important. Never once was the job site left messy, many friends and family members commented on how clean the work was being completed. Loebrich's staff was large enough to always have the manpower to do whatever job was, At one point, we had 7 guys working on our job. Exterior treatment (siding, roof, Windows) was completed quickly and better than expected. One thing that caught me by surprise is the people that we meet during our construction that were repeat customers of Loebrich. While picking out lighting fixtures, we meet a lady that was on her 3rd contruction project with Loebrich who was installing a new kitchen for her. She said that we will pick Loebrich to do all of our remodeling and she was right. I won't even consider another contractor. On last thing, Dan did an energy efficiency study on our house before and after contruction and installed the insulation and weatherproofed our house accordingly. In the our heating billed was reduced by half even though we added such a large addition. Loebrich Contract is the best and I will hire them for all our remodeling project.
Description of Work: Loebrich Contracting added a 1400 sq. ft. addition to our home. Loebrich added a 2 car garage, 26' x 26' family room on the 1 st floor and 3 bedrooms and laundry room on the 2nd floor. We also had them turn a bedroom into a bathroom and installed new windows, retractable awning, completely new roof, and installed siding on the entire house after blowing in insulation.

+ 0 more... I can't say enough about the outstanding workmanship done on the patio roof, it is very solid. The roof goes around into an L shape and the work done on the L part of the roof is remarkable, they built it out and it looks so much better then the one that they replaced 'one hundred times better". The workers were curtious and did anything we asked of them...Dan Loebrich the owner came and checked on the job numerous times to make sure we were getting what we wanted... The sunroom is beautiful. The old one it replaced was terrible, the windows on it were so hard to open and the screens coudn't come out to be washed, the door on it was a piece of crap so to speak...The one Dan Loebrick had installed for us is supreme...The windows are so easy to wash and so are the screens, they all just slide. It has 3 inches of insulation on the bottom part and the storm door is just that a true storm door. I can't say enough good things about the workers and Dan Loebrich himself.. Any little problem we had he was there, "Johnny on the spot" and took care of it as soon as was possible.. They installed two odd sized doors for us on our backroom, they made them air tight and now we don't have to put towels down to keep the draft out.. We were surprised how air tight they got these doors to fit as believe me they were not the easiest doors to install but agian perfection was achieved...They also did a drop ceiling for us in our furnace room and I love going in there now as it looks like a room you could live in, I actually exercise in there now... All in all I think Loebrich is one of the best contractors around. We had other contractors before, but trust me Loebrich's contracting is the only contractor I will use for any other work I may have.. Check their website and you'll see our patio and sunroom. All I can say hire them for some work and you'll see for yourself. Their great in my books.
