Loebrich Contracting Inc

After apx. one week, I received a phone call from them stating they would not submit a bid. The reason given was that they didn't want to do only the bottom half of the walls but wanted to remove all the walls and install all new walls I informed/questioned other contractors of this. They stated that was crazy and a waste.

Work was done in two days and the job was excellent.

He arrived on time and were onsite for approximately 7 days. The first job was to remove a metal railing on a concrete front porch. He replaced the railing the with vinyl railing with an aluminum core. Overall, we are very satisfied and it looks fantastic. It took 1 person one day to complete. The next job that they did was to remove a concrete side porch and pillars. This was replaced with composite decking and skirting. The pillars were vinyl with a steel core. He also added a railing to the porch and afterward replaced the window well. The crew was very professional, cleaned up after themselves, personable, and they explained everything each step of the way. They were open to us making recommendations and worked with us to have the porches be the way we wanted them.

We are extremely pleased with our new patio roof. The installers were very prompt and professional. Their clean up after each work session was outstanding!

The workers were on time and very friendly. The work proceeded smoothly until there was a leak. We called and they returned immediately to fix the problem. The leak was around a dormer. They repaired it and finished the job without a hitch. The other dormer leaked last month, a year after the repair, and in one phone call they were back and repaired the roof. Dormers aren't that easy to repair, so I understand that there might be issues, what I really appreciate is that they have stood by their work and returned to repair any issues right away. We will be using them in the future for other home improvements as we save some more money.

On budget, on time, high quality materials and workmanship from estimate to completion. One hundred percent satisfied.

Mr. Loebrich was outstanding, doing each step of the process, sales, delivery, installation and education on use of the awnings we purchased.

It was the best experience we haven ever had with a contractor. Extremely talented installers and we love the finished product.

We love our bathroom! They did everything I asked throughout the project even sudden changes in design. We stayed on budget as planned. We went away in vacation and were hoping the bathroom was all finished when we returned but unfortunately the work extended about 2 weeks after we returned because they didn't start on time. They were very clean and prompt. I wish the work would have been more constant but was intermittent sometimes which lengthened the project. In the long run it was all worth it! My son loves having his own bathroom and it is stunning.

The roof looks really good. It was better than I anticipated.

We were very pleased with what they did. They showed up when they promised, they were respectful of our property, and they did a really nice, thorough job on the insulation. They cleaned, vacuumed, and dusted where they worked before they left and the upstairs showed no evidence that they were there except that it is noticeably warmer now.

We were looking for a retractable awning for our deck. We had Loebrich come out for a free estimate. The guy that did our estimate was great! He even gave us the lower price that we found online for the awning. When they came out to install the awning, they were on time and very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me how to use the awning and answered all of my questions. The awning looks great! We will definately use this contractor again for other home projects!

The work went smoothly and without any problems. Both the Loebrich employee and the subcontractor arrived on time and did quality work. I was very pleased with the outcome as well as the cost of the projects. This was a small job and it was nice to know that Loebrich would schedule the time for me to take on my project. They have done larger jobs for me in the past and I have been extremely satisfied with all of them.

The pre job meetings with the sales person went well. The siding and trim details I had in mind were available and the monochromatic color scheme of the siding,soffit, facia, trim and gutters was as well. The estimate was below my budget figure so the job was contracted. The workers were company employees and only the gutters were subcontracted. My home is not an easy one to apply siding to. There are numerous window and door openings some of which are half rounds and an ellipse and there are multiple roof lines and grade changes. None of this was a problem for the craftsmen, they showed up on time every day and had a pleasant and quot;can doand quot; attitude. The job progressed at a steady pace and I am pleased with the look and quality of the completed job.

Tim the primary foreman on every aspect was alway on time, worked dependable, courteous, precise, and had alway great input. Tim's work whether plumbing, electrical, plaster finish work was the best I have ever seen.

They did a beautiful job, the owner Dan Loebrich is a wonderful person to deal with and always checks on his workers to make sure their doing what is being asked.. The 2 gentlemen that performed the work were very professional and explained anything they did to my husband, they did an excellent job and we could see the difference in our heat immediately. I would recommend Loebrich's to anyone that asks, Dan only wants the best job done for his customers and will not rip you off. All the jobs that Dan and his staff have done for us in the past , the workmanship on all these jobs were great. All I can say if you used the rest try the best Loebrch's Contracting is the best in our book.

Estimate was competitive but I had to ask for a formal quote. I decided to hire a competitor.

The contractor and designer were very helpful from assisting me with choosing the tile to the toilet. I am very pleased that they were able to move the bathtub to the place I wanted it. The workers were very professional , friendly ,and punctual . They put up with my 2 big dogs trying to assist at times. All the work was closely supervised . They were patient with me when I asked them to repair the little extras I needed done. that did not pertain to the bathroom. I am very pleased withe finished bathroom. I would recommend this company.

Quoted price 40% higher than three other competing bids.

If I had to do it again - I wouldn't change anything. I have recommended Loebach to others and they were also impressed with his quality, speed, and cost.

I did not have the work done yet, but this company was the ONLY one that: 1) had someone answering phones so I could make an apptmnt. 2) was on time for the apptmnt. 3) was prepared - with references, estimates, a presentation showing exactly what they would do, and 4) a very professional demeanor/appearance. If you've ever been in the market looking for a contractor, you have to know how important those things are.

They came and told us what they had to do. Went right to work, 2 men. They located the 26'x66' on roof placed brackets to hold awning and mounted awning. Took approx. time 2.5-3 hours. Cleaned up afterward. Finished job.

Excellent contractor! Upon the first call to inquire about an awning for the back of my home, they were extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. We set up a time for the consultant to visit us and he was there exactly at the time we agreed upon. After he showed us all the different types, sizes, fabrics and colors to choose from, we decided on a 17' sunsetter retractable. The consultant went over all options and we agreed upon a price that we thought was very competitive, so we ordered it. He incicated that it would be 4 to 8 weeks for installation and we were hoping for installation before 4th of July.After the initial consultant, one of their installers called and asked to stop by just to double check everything that was ordered...... everything was great. Surprise..... it only took 3 weeks...... Loebrich's called and we set up a time for installation....... Wednesday at noon. Exactly at noon on Wednesday, two men showed up ready for installation. It had to be the hottest day of the summer so far but they began immediatly and worked through the heat (I stayed in the cooler house). The job took about 3 hours and when done, everything was explained and demonstrated.I paid the guys and to my suprise......4 days later..... a thank-you card from the contractor!!!!!I'd recommend this contractor to everybody!! We love our new awning!!

Installer came on time, did a very professional job, explained operation of awning. Company followed up with phone call to inquire if we had any problems. None - excellent company and installers.
