drain cleaning
+ -1 moreOur experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare! We called upon them to unclog a drain in our laundry room. They flooded our finished basement with 6 inches of sewage and left. We were left scrambling to find a company to clean up the mess that the two idiots left behind. We are now left with $19,000 in damages to 3 rooms of our once beautiful basement and a $7,300 cleaning bill from the professional company that cleaned up after this incompetent plumbing company! The owner, Todd Kamzik, refuses to contact his insurance company to file a claim to repair what his company has done to our home! He is claiming that I gave permission for the two idiots that work for him to do this to our home! This company is a JOKE!! I recommend contacting another plumbing company and avoid the hassle of dealing with these unprofessional morons!

Description of Work: replaced kitchen sink cartridge and repaired bathtub faucet. They advised the Kitchen faucet handle knobs cartridges were under warranty and the manufacturer would send the correct replacement cartridges. Therefore, a second trip would be necessary. One of the Kitchen handles is well tightened, the other is loose and the top ball will not stay in place. There is no longer a dripping issue with the bathtub, but the shower function ended with that service. Was rather surprised by the price for what was done and the short time needed to address both issues for both trips, but since they have provided good service in the past for more involved situations, we accepted the cost.

+ 0 moreThey excavated and cleaned the pipe so that it was still working. They explained everything to me and told me exactly what they were doing. They told me that if the problem was not solved it was an issue with the pipe on top. They didn’t want to do the entire pipe and did what they thought the problem was.
Description of Work: I used the services of Kamzik Septic SVC to clean my French drains as my cellar was leaking.
