+ -1 moreI talked with Mike Brady on the telephone and told him what needed to be done in my mom's house. He was very professional and immediately I felt comfortable hiring him and looked no further. He arrived at my mom's house on time; did a great job with the carpets and even ripped up some carpet that needed to be removed and replaced. Overall the experience was a great one and I recommend this company.
Description of Work: The carpet in my mom's house was way overdue for a good cleaning.

Description of Work: vacuumed and shampooed three rooms, including deodorizing, and I was pleased overall. I still detected some pet smell in one room, and even though he had offered to come back for a touch up if I asked him, I did ask, but he didn't get back to me about it.
