They were quick and efficient. But, they did leave a mess in the basement with no explanation of what the piipes were--old or new? Should I dispose of them or do they go back somewhere? I have to wait until it rains to determine if it works.

They went out of their way to help. I am 87 years old and they did everything to make things easy. Their customer service is awesome.

Just had Bracken install interior French drain in my basement today. Crew showed up on time and kept me informed through the process. I will update post a few months from now once I know for sure the system works or not. Crew was out of Williamsport and worked non-stop and cleaned up well. Only bad thing is price is a little higher than others in area, but we came to an agreement that we both felt was fair. If interior drain works as half as well as the crew that installed it, I will be extremely happy.

The guys came and completed the job in two days. They worked extremely hard and no water in the basement! They installed a sump pump that takes the water outside. We have an underground spring that runs continuously, so our pump runs every 25 seconds, but that is not Bracken's issue. Their issue was to rid the basement of water, and they did.

work was done quickly and efficiently in half a day. worker were very polite. they left the basement very clean.

Got my work into their schedule very quickly, which I'd asked them to do. They showed up on time, worked hard and efficiently, and were done ahead of schedule. They explained everything before and afterwards, and answered all of my questions. I'm happy with the whole process; I have no complaints at all.

The Bracken crew did an excellent job on waterproofing our basement. Jim and his crew did a great job keeping things cleaned up and my basement looked great when they left. The price was very reasonable and was well worth doing the project. I would definitely recommend this company and its crew to anybody. If you are looking to have an internal french drain system installed these guys will do a great job.

The 4 man crew led by a gentleman named Jim, showed up right on time..6am to do a basement internal French drainage system and install of a sump pump. They were fast, efficient and they cleaned as they went.. Jim explained everything they had done and is a very nice gentleman. It was a project I assumed would take all day but they were finished by 11:30am! Although, there was a delay due to cold weather, the job was well done and worth the wait! Thanks to Dan Bracken and crew!

This company screens calls, I have not been able to reach Danny since works was completed. Danny told me the work would be done in two days and the work was done in 9 hours and the project was rushed. They left without putting items back in the basement. Danny has guys all over the place that work for him and the work is not consistent sent one man on the job and was not equipped to handle the work load I had my family help with the job. The baseboard and paneling was removed sloppily and not replaced. The console for the entertainment center was unplugged and during moving the furniture they laid them on the unplugged wires and there was wet concrete on the floor, it was a hassle to set everything up again. The whole interaction was a disaster and still is. I'm still replacing and correcting the damage they left behind.

Dan and his crew were the most professional, experienced group we have worked with on our journey to prepare our home for sale. They were efficient, professional, and skilled. Without their expertise, we would have had to spend additional time and money. We would highly recommend Bracken Waterproofing to anyone!

They were here at 6:00 AM and finished by 11:00. They were very efficient,put up plastic to keep the dust out of the rest of the basement and cleaned up when they were finished. Very pleased with their work.

Workers are cordial and hard working. Drain system didn't solve my water problem. No call to see if work was satisfactory.

We hired Dan to put an Egress Window into a basement room in order to use it as a bedroom. He was quick to respond and give an estimate. He worked hard to move up our installation date to accommodate us, his team arrived on time, they were very polite and professional AND they got the window completely installed in 1 day. WE are VERY VERY pleased with the service and quality of work and the team in general.

Jim and his crew showed up and installed the pump and interior French drain in 1 day and cleaned up after themselves. The ONLY thing was I received no phone call to let me know they were coming. I thought that was unusual, thankfully, I was home. I can’€™t say enough about the great crew though. I also got no follow up call but I also have no complaints

A followup would be great or at least a phone call to answer any additional concerns. Otherwise great work.
