Dan Bracken is very knowledgeable about basement waterproofing. His crew was on time , worked as a well coordinated team, very professional and got the job done in one day. I would definitly recommend.

I am Executor for a PA home with long standing water in the basement. Dan is excellent- evaluated the situation, explained his proposal, got the French Drain and 2 Sumps pumps installed on time and neatly cleaned up. This was a HUGE JOB! He even arranged for additional trash hauled away, Dan is "as honest as the day is long". I have confidence that he is the best choice at a reasonable price compared to others. Dan exceeded my expectations! I live 2 hours away in Ohio. He handled this job with only phone calls and 2 meetings. I trust him completely. I thank him for a job well done!

As a rental property manager we have installed many similar systems. Their installation team sets them apart. The team traveled a great distance and worked extremely hard to finish in one day, which they accomplished. Nice job and I would use them again.

They installed an internal French drain in one day that solved all my problems. There was very little dust and they cleaned up everywhere. Came back a couple of times for follow up. Responsive, knowledgeable,. I'm pleased.

Dan did not do the work himself so we had a misunderstanding with the position of the sump-pump but he got his foreman to fix it and changed the position. Sad to report that after all has been done I am still waiting for the signed Warranty Agreement. I signed and agreed on the proposal but he did not sign the warranty. SAD and still waiting for his response after a month of waiting. Does he really mean it when he said Lifetime Warranty?

The workmen lived up to my high expectations. Dan Bracken assured us that there would be no damage to our drywall or baseboard & they lived up to their promise. We especially appreciated the workers' agreement to move everything away from the walls without an additional charge. We no longer live in fear of flooding after a big rainstorm. Time will tell. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan & his crew.

Great experience. The team was so efficient and so clean and everything looks great. I'm not sure if I could have gotten a lower price with another company since I didn't get a quote from anyone else, but the experience was so great with Bracken that I'm glad I didn't.

Came early. Worked like a well oiled machine. Great crew. Curtained off work area. Cleaned up. Excellent job I highly recommend them if u want the job done right! Not a drop of water anymore. Kiddos to this company they are customer oriented.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else for waterproofing but them, they have the experience and quality that make them top notch!
