They had to jack hammer basement floor. Some very tight areas with poor ventilation (only one out side window). All departing and incoming items had to be carried up / down a flight of steps. Drop clothes and plastic barriers were used to keep the mess at a minimum. Polite and Professional at all times.

It went very well. They called us set up an appointment time. Gave us the estimate, which was mush better than everyone else's. The work was started on the 26 of June and was finished today, June 26. They did a wonderful job, passed the city's inspection and cleaned up all the work. The men that did the work were really nice men. We are very pleased with the job done

I selected the company due to a review I had read elsewhere, knew the individual who gave a good review so trusted his opinion. The crew was professional, came in, did the work and left and it has been working.

After the experience, I would never refer this company to another person. They took advantage of a situation and performed work that did not need to be done. They were not punctual and often did not show up days they said they would. The work that was done was below standards and left the basement looking much worse. The complaints are endless.

We were referred to Aqua-Dry by our daughter and while the work was going on a neighbor stopped and said he used Aqua-Dry to waterproof his basement and was pleased. Mr Jaskula gave us a detailed description of what would be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Beau's crew did the work. They were puncual, curtious, and professional. They did everything they could to minimize the dust and they went out of their way to make sure they didn't damage anything (the basement was partially finished with furniture and carpeting in part of it. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was done exactly as we were told. Mr. Jaskula told us we would notice a significant decrease in the amount of dampness in the basement and we do. We are very pleased with the results and look forward to finally having a "finished" basement.
