A-1 Moving

They were about 45 minutes later than the agreed start time and when I called that morn there was nobody answering so I was a bit scared that they wouldn't show and I had to be out that day but at about 810 or so Jon called and apologized and said they'd arrive a little closer to 9 and they got to my old house about 845. Overall great job, great guys- Jon, Eric, Andrew and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. Thanks a million guys!!!

Well overall I say the guys were great! They went above and beyond, even taking their lunch real when I had to pick my daughter up from school. They were polite, well spoken although I had to ask Jon a cpl times to stop calling me sir, I'm not that old yet. But the only complaint I have is they were about 20 mins late and had they not called the day before to make sure nothing had changed for us and all was still a go I would have been terrified as we needed to be out that day and I had no access to a phone, my gf was to leave her cell w me before she left for work but forgot. So I had 20 scary minutes but they arrived, subtracted that time from my bill and did an absolutely wonderful job. They were even very respectable not to curse or, and this was the above and beyond part, I heard Jon tell the guys out in the truck no more smoke breaks now that his 13 yr old daughter is home and I heard that comment from inside the house and thought that was a truly thoughtful gesture for guys that are there just to move furniture to even think about something like that. For the great job and great customer relationship I gave each of the 4 guys a $50 tip. They should change their name to A+ as that's the overall score I'd give them. Thx guys!!!
