Extremely prompt and professional. He first offered free advice on the phone to see if it was something we could fix free of charge. When we couldn't figure it out. He came over and solved the problem quickly and was extremely, as in I can't belive it, reasonable with his pricing. He is our electrician for life!

Walt was great. After calling 5 contractors, he returned my call within a few hours. He came over to give me an estimate within a day and did the work a day later. His estimate was reasonable and then he came in ahead of schedule and under budget. He worked quickly, quietly and cleanly.

The generator was wired wrong. He didn't want to take any responsibility for almost burning my house down. His workers destroyed the floor in the room they worked in. We had to re-sand and refinish the floors in the room where they worked. He has been back 6-8 times to repair work that was done wrong and hasn't been successful in doing so. He hasn't made good for all the damages caused when my light fixtures exploded, and the damage done to the surge protectors and two computers. Buyer beware.

Our overall project experience as it relates to WB Electric has been great. I only wish that the General Contractor that we worked with had the work ethic that Walt Bevilacqua has. The story is just too long to go over at this point. I will be writing a revue of our contractor, a Carey Clarke of Tannersville, PA (aka CC Construction) that recites the entire sad saga of our Contractor nightmare. WB Electric did a great job on the electrical component of our rehab / renovation project. At the same time Carey Clarke did an absolutely substandard, total hack job which destroyed our home. Walt was thankfully not involved with the bad stuff that went on in our home. He gets as high A rating as can be given at this time.

They were phenomenal. They are the best company for the money. I would highly recommend them. They are personable, have good quality work, and are very confident in their work. Their pricing is extremely competitive, and do top of the line work.
