+ -1 moreThey charged me change the well wire...$800 and then came back for the same problem and attempted to charge me $973. I will never use this guy again. He may be good, but not that good and his prices are unreasonable.
Description of Work: The well pump was not working and they pulled the pump and told me they replaced the wire and sent a bill for $800 and then the well pump was not working again and he charged me $973 and sent me the invoice for the first visit anfterthe second visit to cover his tail.

+ -1 moreVery prompt, arriving sooner than anticipated. Went right to work, quickly opened the sewer line. Then continued inspecting the system until he identified a bow in the line running to the septic tank which is why the problem has been recurring. He is arranging to have this line fixed which should finally resolve a long time problem. Very courteous with reasonable costs..
Description of Work: Had recurrent problem with water (drain) line blockages. John quickly opened the line but more importantly identified the root of the problem for long term resolution.

+ -1 moreThey are very good, and I would highly recommend them. The person who came is excellent. He is top of the line with everything. They have good pricing, quality, and are very professional. He answers his phone and is very timely.
