GREENS TREE SERVICE

I had some trees and stumps removed with Green’s Tree Service. Exceptional work and the price was pretty reasonable. I will use them again.

The guys did an amazing job and I’ll definitely be having them back in the future.

Randy came over and gave an estimate, said he’d be back the next day. He didn’t show up but texted and said he’d be by the following day. The next day came but Randy didn’t. This time there was no communications as to why the no show. I accidentally contacted him to do this current work. He did the same thing a couple of years ago when I needed a hedge trimmer but I had forgotten the name of the no show guy. Now I won’t forget!

Terrible experience

Contacted Green's tree service for an estimate to remove three trees. After several phone calls and no response contacted another tree service provider. A week prior to having the job done Green's tree service returns the phone call. And is prophetically apologetic. Decided to go with greens tree service and have the work done. Trees removed adequately and safely. However the trunks were cut up in 24 inch sections versus 16 to 12 inch sections. Also paid to have three stumps removed. I still have the stumps intact with no resolution. I have called numerous times with no response. Would not recommend this service provider to anyone else.

Randy called back within a few hours after I called him. He came that evening and provided an estimate and came out two days later and did the work. He was professional and he did a great job. I will use him again in the future and I highly recommend him.

Green's returned our phone call promptly and we scheduled the work for about 3 weeks beyond the initial call. Green's was already quite busy with debris removal due to storms in our area but we were given good service considering our project wasn't an emergency. The work was done exactly as agreed upon.
