Bonnie was fair and worked hard on both ends. Every question I had was answered the same day. I hadn't planned on testing for Radon in the home and she strongly suggested that I did. The Radon level was very high (low 30s) and by testing that I saved approximately $5,000 by having it put into the selling agreement. The Radon mitigation only costs about a thousand but when the estimate was done the contractor said the basement needed masonry work before he could do the mitigation. She dealt with all of the contractors and kept me informed through every step. She did have flexible hours so I didn't have to take time off of work. She had gotten me a 6% sellers assist so my final closing costs on the house only turned out to be $345.75. The work that needed to be done was to be done after closing, and even after the closing was finalized, Bonnie still worked just as hard to get all of the contracting work done in the 30 days before I moved in.
