I had a an issue of my drive being full. It turned out tgat I has 3 pictures that kept replicating themselves a gazillion times when I turned off the computer. Becks was able to identify the root cause of the problem quickly and get'er done. I had a 2nd laptop that took 10 minutes to boot uo and they were able to fix that as well. I highly recommend these guys to fix whatever ails your computer or your wifi set uo. Fast, knowlegeable, and reasobably priced. I would use them again.

He did not install my access points in the wall as we had discussed. Also the wall rack for my switch was not installed properly, the switch seems to move around. It also appeared he was carrying a loaded gun on his waist, which did not make my wife feel comfortable. He then charged over $1,900 for the service. However, he has agreed to come back and see if he can fix the issues.

These guys are the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent communication. A few text messages kept me informed as to their arrival. Jim was quite the conversationalist while he resolved my computer and 3D printer issues. I highly recommend this business to solve computer and 3d printer problems.

Even gave me a price over the phone for the service call and i explained what the problem i was having and when he did respone, very knowledgeable ,asnwered all the issues i was having ,took his time ,explained everything i needed to know,no rushing on doing the job, loved that he carry's the parts with him , great to know and price was fair and even explained other issues i was having and what i would have to do to correct it. Clean cut guy,even thanked me for my service as a Veteran.. Will pass his cards out to other people who need support for any type of computer work..
