James was very easy to talk with and he understood exactly what we needed to do. He replaced a hard drive in a laptop. He had to "clone" a drive that hard hardware warnings it was going to die. That meant the operating system as well as all the data files. He did this in about 6 hours and its been working great. Have only had it back a day and a half, but very happy with the work so far. Fair price and quick turn around. I will use him next time I need it.

The $400 charged for the work that was actually done was way to high. If he would of installed the actual wiring and wall jacks, then the price of the work completed would of been warranted. But instead of installing Cat6 cabling and wall jacks he used the Netgear PLP2000 powerline adapter, an electrical outlet plugin solution which can be purchased on Amazon for only $89.99. Plus, I did not receive the network switched that was included in the $400 price. The download/upload speeds I'm receiving through the Netgear PLP2000 is less than speeds received being plugged directly into the router. Hopefully the upload speed through the Netgear PLP2000 will be enough for us to successfully live stream our church services.
