James is very knowledgeable and personable. He installed a new laptop copying all my files from my old laptop in one hour (as he said it would take) and I'm enjoying my new laptop so much. He was also very patient with my dogs, who were very territorial during the whole process.

James checked my system for bugs, & minor issues & recommended upgrades to make my system run more efficiently. It's been several months & I'm happy to report all my issues have gone away. Thank you James!

James Beck came to our home. We have an old desktop that REALLY needed to be cleaned up with too many problems. He accomplished all of the clean up and demonstrated what this senior citizen (who is really computer illiterate) should be doing now that I am using the computer for community work. He also installed needed malware on a brand new laptop that we had to purchase for my husband's use. James is very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of what is needed to allow seniors, who did not grow up with the internet, to use it effectively. We now have his business card and will absolutely call him, if needed, in the future! THANK YOU, James!!!!!

He originally thought I would need a new computer, but after he got it in shop, James said he could upgrade my existing one at a cost saving, which made me feel he had my best interest at heart. You can't go wrong with this fairly new company. I purchased a laptop from them and James arrived on time to my home to set it up and transfer all information from my old computer.
