Beck's Techs

It's a little early to rate since I only have the computer for a couple of days but everything seems great. Mr. Beck is professional and easy to deal with. I have only good things to say about this experience.

This young man is first rate. He's knowledgeable, friendly, social, and oh so helpful. He was a pure pleasure. I have no problem singing his praises far and wide to any and all who will listen. To anyone who will need someone to work on their computer, his name is the one I am giving. In addition to the work I requested from him, he made adjustments to my system that I was unaware Windows 10 could do in order to make it more user friendly. Bless him. Most of all, he rescued irreplaceable pictures on an old nonfunctional laptop. For this I am eternally grateful. In my opinion, Jim Beck is the best.

Beck's Techs was a life saver, as far as my computer was concerned. My previous techs either retired or left town, so I was happy to find a competent, personable young man to help me, since I have next to no computer knowledge.
