Never called or replied after Christine said I would have an estimate by the end of the week

Never showed for estimate. Told me he would call that night. Never did. Touched base day after call, was told coming that weekend. NO contact.

It would have been nice to at least receive a call back that they were too busy / not interested etc.

They showed up when they said that they would and cleared all of the snow very quickly without any problems whatsoever. I was very satisified with their service and plan to use them in the future for snow removal and for lawn and garden care.

they quickly returned my call and got in touch with a nursery in order to give me an estimate on the cost and got back to me the next day with all the info to make my decision. unfortunately it was already too late in the year to plant trees. she did give me an estimate on the work i needed done, but i found the price a bit high.

Excellent. Got the work done way before the deadline. Nice family. My house looks amazing!

Vitucci Lawncare and Landscaping was very professionally and the work was excellent. They have a very satisfied customer I would highly recommend their services and would use them again in the future.

For years I had tried to move an underground downspout as it ran over a tree root and didn't drain well. Vitucci Landscaping dug up the downspout and redirected it. They also replaced some landscaping cloth and laid down quite a bit of mulch. If I had purchased the mulch myself, it would have cost me nearly the same as they charged me. Did a great job and kept me informed as to their arrival. Yard looks great!

I called to get an estimate for leave cleanup. The lady took my address and said they will be by in a couple of days. This was Tuesday Dec 2nd. I call back Thursday Dec 4th and left a message that I called and was wondering when someone would be stopping by my house for an estimate. It is now Dec 9th I never received a call-back or did anyone stop by my house for an estimate. There is now snow on the ground and will have to wait for spring for the leaves.

very well. They are quick and the clean up is excellent. We're having them plant shrubs in the backyard soon.

Excellent experience. Louis and his daughter showed up when we were told they would, and did a beautiful, quick, clean job, on some of the hottest (and rainy-est) days of the summer! They were very professional and friendly, as was Louis' wife who did the scheduling on the phone. My husband had major surgery in April and I was unable to mow the lawn due to recent surgery as well. Louis and his company were a God-send from May through July, and a pleasure to work with. Even our neighbors commented on what a nice job they had done. Would have kept them on, but unfortunately neither my husband nor I are presently working, so we had to give up this "luxury" once we were on our feet again. Would definitely use this company again in the future. Thanks Louis!

The Vituccis were great to work with. Very Professional and personable. Job was done even earlier than I had anticipated which was a plus. I will be contacting them again in the spring so they can spray the area that was cleaned out to prevent any future overgrowth of weeds and shrubs. I highly recommend them.

They are a very hard working team, meticulous and detailed in their work. They provided a wide range of services including new lawn installation, deck refurbishment, indoor and outdoor electrical, garden wall construction and paver installation. They worked neat and clean, leaving each day with the area looking cleaner than before they started. They were prompt and responsive.

He was very personable and honest. We were very grateful that he came out and gave us this information so we could continue with our project.

The service is very friendly and helpful. They were prompt and very courteous. It is a family run business, but they are very professional also. They only mowed my lawn when I it was needed. As the summer progressed and the grass did not grow as quickly, they took care not to cut the grass as much. I was impressed with their service, friendliness and professionalism. I would recommend them any time.

See above, wouldn't even return call to tell me they did not want work. Luckily I was proactive and called someone else Wed who is now hired.

We found out about this company through Angie's List and called them about providing service for an investment property that's over an hour from our home. They have provided service for us for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. The yard looks better than it ever has and all work is done to the highest standards. I'd recommend Vitucci to anyone needing lawn and landscaping service or snow removal!

They were fine. They were quick and very clean. It was very efficient.

The estimate was done when I wasn't home but they came up with a lower price than a friend's son quoted me. So I would say the price was more than fair. Their work was excellent and they were finished in no time at all. I used the service after my surgery when I could not do the mowing, etc. myself for a few months. I will most likely call them again if I have any other landscaping needs and have given their number and information to a few friends and co-workers.

I first used him end of last summer and was very happy with him and I told him to come this summer or this spring. Last year I gave him a high rating and a smiley face this year he flunked. He was the one who gave me the idea to go with pavers originally which I thought was great idea and I said well in the spring or whenever his schedule permits absolutely I want to do it. Then when I called in the spring to set up an appointment for an estimate I left a message and then I got his wife and she said he was in a really busy two week period and he’d get back to me. He never did so I left it at that obviously the guy didn’t want to do the job but he didn’t call back and say that he didn’t want to do the job he just didn’t call back. In his defense it was a very bad physical job and I don’t blame him one bit for not wanting to do but the very least he could have said that he didn’t want to do that so I could start looking for someone else. I spoke to him last summer when he finished the first job. In terms of overall experience, punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism he’d have to fail on all those categories because he didn’t return calls and I waited for ever for this time.

I called the number after seeing his review on Angie's List. I got a recording. They called later, but I was out. They called again in the morning & explained what I needed. Lou showed up at 4 pm - he had just finished another job and was on his way home. We spent 15-20 minutes walking around the property while I explained what I wanted. He repeated everything back and asked questions, and made suggestions. In the end, we were both clear on what I wanted. I went back inside while he took about ten minutes to determine his estimate. Estimate: $460. He said it would take about a day (7-8 hours) depending on the weather. [You must understand, this was just after Lee & Marie had just flooded about everything in NE Pa. Also, it continued to rain every day. This is now the wettest September on record.) He began immediately, since it was only about 4:30 pm. He came two other times for part of the day and we were completely rained out on another day. So, all told, it took four days working between cloud bursts. It looks beautiful. My yard went from looking like Africa USA to neat and trim! Final Cost: $460. I was so happy with the work that I discussed another project I have in mind, but didn't know how to proceed. Lou suggested pavers, which I never thought of, and I knew immediately that was the answer I had been looking for. I told him right on the spot that I what him to put me on his "To Do" list. Due to the weather, etc., I told him I didn't care whether it was two weeks from now or next Spring. I highly recommed this man.

,I use Vlitucci Land care ,pool service ,and snow removable every year. His prices are more than fair,Hedoes great work.He makes outside yard work and all his service makes life easy for me because I could not do it with my bad back and my wife has M.S. I would recommend him to everybody without a a worry,he woud do excellent work for anybody!!!!
