+ -1 moreHomeTeam conducted a home inspection, radon test & water test for a home we are in the process of purchasing. Jim & Ursula were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the concerns they found and how to fix them. They also took extra time to explain the mechanics of the home, and the quality of the components. We rec'd the main report the next day - it was thorough, written in plain language, and detailed yet concise. Radon and water test results were rec'd 3 days later. Jim was also very helpful in helping me understand the different types of inspections, explained the ins and outs of my small rural town's sewer and septic system, and ultimately saved me money by advising against an unnecessary inspection.

+ -1 moreHe was a difficult person to communicate with. Failed to identify a major leak that the prior owner was hiding. I spent $1400 to repair it. Did not pick up on a defective fire place that I will have to replace.
