Stay away from this company! The appeal on my property was DUE on 10/1. I was promised a report over a week ago. Still no report! They do not answer phone calls or emails and their inbox has been full on both phone numbers. They cashed my check immediately and I never heard from them again... at all! I will very likely lose my appeal because of them.
