Rochelle was originally recommended to me by a friend who used her. She has taken me around for two days to look at houses. I liked this one house, but was on the fence. She thought it was a good price, and since it wasn't on the market for long, she checked with the selling realtor to see if it had any offers yet. She quickly called us when she found out that there were two offers that had been submitted that day but were not yet presented to the seller. This was confirmation for us that the price was right, so Rochelle offered to meet with us at 10pm (!) to put together the offer. She patiently walked us through all the forms and the ins and outs, even though it took until midnight. Our offer was accepted the next day! She has recommended lots of useful people to me over the years - inspectors, basement people, tree people, etc. She really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her to anyone.
