The whole process went smoothly and well, and I am extremely appreciative of everyone's part in making it happen. Jesse B. provided the estimate and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my technical questions. He also helped me to determine what was needed to take care of the homeowner association's requirements, and he took care of the township permit required documents. Brieon L.-J. expertly coordinated the other services that were needed for the roofing work (eg, dumpster request, placement, and removal). The roofing specialists who did the work were careful, diligent, and attentive to everything that needed to be done and to any questions I had. They worked very hard the whole day, and they were able to finish the work within that same day. When they finished, they cleaned the area around the house thoroughly of any debris. I recommend NexGen strongly!

Wonderful, I trust Jess and Nexgen with my most valuable possession my home, and I know the job will be done right!! Even when I’m not there to watch the work being done!!! He’s a professional period!!

Jesse came out and checked the house. he was very pleasant and worked with multiple people during settlement. He gave us extra discount above the already good deal thru Angie's list. a year later I called them with a question about the roof and they sent their tech out, checked everything out and called me back. if you need a roof Call no one but Jesse

Although I was told I would be contacted in a few days with an estimate, I was never contacted by phone or email. Wouldn’t recommend this contractor. Not professional.

They are great, quick, communicative, responsive, and clean up after themselves.

The work is very well and I'm happy with it.

The weather put the job behind a couple of days, but they stayed in touch and let me know when it would begin. The crew was very good and worked hard. They tarped the landscaping but things did get around the tarps and I was a little nervous about the mess. However, by the time the job was done they had cleaned everything up to the point that I could not tell they were even here (except for the new roof!). They quoted 2 days and it took about 1.5 days.

Service was timely, he run a little late but he notified. He is courteous and professional.

Overall it was a good experience. The price was right and the service performed was satisfactory. We had them tear down 2 layers of shingles and replace with a new roof. Jessi was efficient in communication and responsiveness. A few months after the job was complete, we found a piece of loose metal on the roof after a storm and we called them. They came back to check if everything was alright and it was!

We were very impressed with NexGen. They did an excellent job with our siding. Our project manager, Jesse, was very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had throughout the process. We would certainly consider hiring them again in the future and highly recommend them to others!

Entire process was a positive experience. I had windows installed. Jesse always txt or called back to answer all my questions-every time. He is personable & a pleasure to deal with. Never any pressure. His installers worked well as a team balancing each other's work. They were respectful, clean & meticulous. I felt as if they cared about each window like it was their own home--not easy to find these days. They placed clean mats down around house, removed their shoes when entering & vacuumed up after each room. They fixed any concerns I had & Jesse followed up w me personally to be sure I was satisfied. Iam a tuff customer, but Jesse & his team were the right co. For my needs. Customer service is a big factor in my decisions & NEX GEN reaffirmed that there still are "good" companies out there! Iam not very generous w my reviews unless I believe in the product or persons. I highly recommend NEX GEN for anyone considering a contractor. I will, without a doubt, hire them again for another project.! Just have him out for a quote, ask him questions- you'll see what I mean & you'll hire them!!

Everything went wonderfully. Came out and looked at area; quoted a price, scheduled the work and was out as promised. Everyone I dealt with from the office, to the Sales team and installer were extremely pleasant. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I purchased the roof replacement for ~$5850 that included 1 layer of removal and 2000 square foot of roofing. I knew that I would be paying overages because I had 2 layers installed and approximately 2700 sq ft of roof. Everything went very well and I have no complaints at all. The crew worked for 2 days from about 7:30am to 6:00pm and completed everything. The price was in the ballpark of the quote with the only overage being that they needed to replace 7 sheets of plywood that was rotted (2 were included). The guys rollled the yard with a magnet and cleaned up. Truth be told, the front yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived.

The timing of each of the three tasks we had done were constantly in flux but overall the guys did a great job and communicated any changes to the schedule/timing.

NexGen were very prompt in coming out to our home to provide an estimate for our roof. Their roof install team worked tirelessly throughout the day until the job was completed. The price was very competitive and the job well done. I am recommending NexGen to my neighbors & friends

They were great. The estimator that came was really good. Then he pulled in the crew manager and the team. They did the job. They started on a Friday, they came back on Sunday and they did a really good job.There was a problem with the first dumpster, it was too big for my driveway. They were delayed a day, but were able to get a new dumpster and help to get it all done. I have recommended them to others already. I am very brutal on reviewing people. I did work on houses for years, from electrical, all of it. They cleaned up great, they took those metal rollers around, did a walk around the area like policemen and scanned and cleaned. It was starting to get dark so they said to call back if I found anything else. I called back and they came back out the next day and cleaned up anything that was left behind.

It went smooth as glass. Estimate was done after "Deal" purchased. The costs came in w/ some extras for pitch and some other unexpected costs but were in line w/ other estimates (non-angles list). I went with NexGen for the good reviews and superior materials per the "Deal". Punctual, always in contact, keeping me up on timing and helped solve some special problems w/ this job and the quoted price for the extra work was very fair. I'd have no hesitation to work w/ them again.

They did a good job. I think the installers were an A. They cleaned up, and they showed up. They were one of the lower bids that we got. They did good work. They were very responsive. They were on time.

The work was tremendous, and the end result beautiful. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. NexGen took care of everything, from permits, clean-up, dumpster management, and landscaping. I was most impressed when I called I always got someone to answer. Always treated with respect.

It went very well from the time the estimator came out (Jamie) to us putting down a deposit and then the work was scheduled within days. They (Andre) removed all the old gutters, discussed the job with us and cleaned up beautifully on day 1. He returned on a Saturday as there was a threat of rain on Monday and they did not want to let it go. Again, the work was done quickly and neatly and no debris or scraps left behind at all. The gutter are wonderful. All one piece and looks to crisp and clean on the house. We got new fascia boards too.

Beyond happy and excited about my windows for my home! No more drafty windows!!! Everything I asked for in a vision they brought to life! Rapid response! Very knowledgeable and patient about what I needed to know about windows!!
