Communication on what was quoted was a messy. But the work was excellent, would hire again.

The deck work was absolutely beautiful. The installers were very professional and dismantled our own deck and installed the new one in about 2 1/2 days. The only downside is that we placed our order right in the middle of the parts shortage, so it took 9 months to actually get it installed. I would have liked more communication from my project manager, but again the actual work was fantastic.

We could not be happier with the quality and price for the work completed. The crew was here early. worked tirelessly, and even the clean-up was an A Plus. Highly recommend!

The team was awesome. Todd gave me options and worked around my budget without compromising the quality of work and materials. Steve went the extra mile for us. The entire process was smooth. They kept me updated. Will definitely do business with them again.

The project could not have gone better. After waiting for several more months than expected for materials to arrive (due to supply chain issues and NOT the contractor's fault), work was done in 3 1/2 days. The crew was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Attention to precision and detail were apparent from start to finish. I would absolutely, without a second of hesitation, use them again and recommend them to anyone considering decking work. TOP NOTCH!!!!

We had Nexgen replace our deck about one year ago. They did a great job at a reasonable price. So when our shed needed new siding and a new roof, we used them again. Both projects were done professionally and both look great. The company was easy to work with and was responsive to our needs. Their rates are very competitive. Both projects were completed in a timely fashion and all trash and debris was removed from our property. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any exterior project.

NexGen did a beautiful job restoring the overhangs on the front dormer of our 100-year-old Craftsman house, replacing the cedar shakes with vinyl siding, and replacing the front half of our roof. The crews that did the work were great - thorough, hard-working, and cleaned up the job site. Greg's communication with us throughout the process was outstanding. We're very happy with the result and we'd definitely hire them again.

The men worked hard every day until the job was complete, addressed any concerns, and they took good care of my house.

It went great. The work was done quickly and expertly. The workers were fabulous!

NexGen was great from start to finish. After receiving more than a dozen quotes, they were by far the best and completed all of the work perfectly!

They never contacted me after submitting my request. After several calls, they finally returned a call to say 'They don't do Decks'

We signed the contract for them in July but due to the pandemic, the supplies were backordered from the manufacturer. Jesse and Greg would keep us informed of the delays as we all waited for them to come in. Finally in late October the work could begin. Our job was a little challenging because our deck was one big deck between us and our neighbor next door and we wanted separate decks. Omar and Melvin came and carefully removed the old wood deck keeping as much of it intact for the dumpster and for possibility of reclaiming the wood. They separated the decks so our neighbor can replace his whenever he decides to. There was 2 days of rain delays but they made up for it working on the weekend, even in light rain to finish. They always cleaned up the backyard daily and made sure their tools were stored neatly either in our basement or garage. They were the best in their craftsmanship and efficiency for their work. The whole job took 4.5 days (2.5 days of rain delays) and it looks beautiful. Well worth the wait. Another set of neighbors complemented Omar and Melvin on their work as they were working. Now our deck looks like it was always two separate decks and we cannot wait go sit outside next year to enjoy.

I give NexGen an A+++. From start to finish the installers knew what they were doing, they were clean, and professional. The office personnel I worked with were great, down to earth and again professional. My salesman was the best. He can in with several choices in my price range and worked with me to put together a package the made my wallet and house happy! There was no high pressure sales pitch , just a good product at a reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about NexGen, they went above and beyond on my project. Truth!

BobC was very personable, explained our options and provided a very detailed quote. BrieonJ was very helpful in keeping us up-to-date on scheduling and next steps. GregB’s install team was very professional, worked hard and left the work area clean. Excellent job by all and NEXGEN should be very proud of their business.

Painless process. Showed up when they said they would, upfront about pricing and I was given constant updates about each step of the project.

They were on time, efficient, excellent carpenters, great attention to detail, very thorough.

It took a few months to get all the product in but after that, the project went swiftly. Jesse and Greg were very responsive to our needs and concerns and came up with a beautiful design. The installers, Franklin and Marlon were very professional and detail oriented. We are very pleased with the finished project.

We found this contractor on Angie's List. The estimator was great to work with. He was very responsive to our follow up questions after the initial meeting. Price was right in line with other estimates we received and was a good deal. Their administrative person was also helpful in quickly getting us the information needed to submit our HOA request forms. Only thing out of our expectation was one change order made to the contract (soon after it was singed) for additional materials after the project manager reviewed the job. It was not significant. There were delays in the estimated start date, but it seemed to be outside of the Company's control (material shortages due to COVID). Once all our materials were in, they quickly got us scheduled and had a team out here to do the work. Outside of taking the patio table off the old deck, we didn't have to do anything. They took care of it all including getting the dumpster here. Several neighbors have complimented us on the new deck and our kids love playing on it.

NexGen performed a professional and beautiful job on the outside of our home! It literally looks like a brand new house. The job was completed in a timely manner, the cost was great and on top of that we were given a nice discount. NexGen's personnel was courteous and always following up with us. Kudos to Bob, Jesse, Brieon, and all the workers. You guys did a phenomenal job! If we ever need any other additional work, we will definitely go with NexGen Exterior Home Remodeling.

Jesse was our point of contact. He was attentive and flexible. In a few cases we made changes mid stream and he was very accommodating. Their crews did great work. In particular, the roofing crew was exceptional. They made short work of our 20 square oddly shaped roof. The windows and siding guys were very good as well. They handled a more complex Front picture window install easily. All in all I’ve recommended them to friends and family and while I Hope I never need to do this work again, if I did, I would certainly give Jesse a call again

My favorite part about Jesse (and the NexGen crew) is that he just won't stop until you're happy—a very rare trait indeed among contractors. How do I know this? Because of what I'll call the Mail Slot From ****. Part of our job involved getting a new front door. We asked Jesse if the manufacturer could add a mail slot to the door, and he passed word along to them. Sure enough, they added one... but inexplicably, they made it slightly larger than a standard size slot. That meant that the slot hardware we bought did not fit... because NO slot hardware would fit. It was a size that simply did not exist. Jesse could've left us high and dry. But he and I put our heads together and found a local metal worker who made a custom flap that exactly fit the slot. Jesse picked up the tab for the guy's work and had his guys install it for us. Mind you, this all happened several weeks after all other parts of the job were complete. Again, another contractor might've just called it a day, eager to close out the job. But Jesse stuck with it. All in all, we got all new siding on our home, 6 new windows, and 3 new doors. The siding and windows went on perfectly. In fact, another contractor who came out to do some different work inside our house commented that "whoever did that siding did a great job". That's a qualified compliment right there. There were a few issues with the doors. Again, Jesse never once stopped his positive attitude, never told me he had to stop working, never asked me for more money. But I did get the sense that maybe his crew was a little less familiar with doors vs. siding and windows. Overall though, it was a great experience. The guys always showed up when they said they would and put in a full day's work. We have more windows to be replaced in our old home, and when the time is right, I'll be calling Jesse again to do them for us.

Provided an estimate on time. Contacted and kept me in the loop for appointments and estimates but unfortunately I found something cheaper and opted to go with another contractor who provided less quote.

It went extremely well. Jesse Bator was my point person on the job and he was as responsive and as diligent as one could ask. The work was done on time and with high quality and the follow-up from Jesse is why I would use NexGen again.
