They're great. I've always been pleased with them and they are very reasonably priced.

The first time I used them, I called them a day before or the week of Thanksgiving last year. They have an emergency line, I called them. They called me back within an hour and they were there that day. They were so responsive. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody.

.He replaced the leaking trap to a bathroom sink and I had him do 2 other bathroom traps as they were showing signs of corrosion and wear. All the work was completed in 11/2 hours and I could not be happier with their work and prices. A year ago I had them replace 3 toilets which they did for 1,225.00. That included everything. I am glad they are local too; I like to support the local companies.

Called and told what services needed. Was told they could out within 20 mins. Chris came within time stated first checked my water leak. Explained the issue and what needed to be done. Suggested (as a cost savings) to call the water company first to have them mark and activate my water box. The water company would do w/o cost. Once this is done they (Luke Plumming) could come back and replace the inside leaking valve. He stated this was not a rush issue and quoted the approx. cost. Chris then checked for the gas grill line. I do not have a basement, told him I only a crawl space. Chris said that was not a problem. He found the line,cut and capped the line. Chris was very nice and professional. I was only charged for checking and capping the gas line. All done in less than a hour. Would definitly recommend and use for any future services.

They came out same day as my call and had it repaired in a short time.

Have used once before & was very satisfied. This time, the same kind man came & really saved us from a bad situation.Our sump pump failed & our basement flooded.They called back at night, which I really appreciated, and left a msg.I had a different company come after being told our pump was under warranty through the other company (it was installed by previous owner).To make a long story short, the other company was very unprofessional/was going to cheat us out of about $500.I called Luke Weidemann Plumbing back the next day and he came within 45 minutes of my call.When they came, they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the original, poor installation.He was so honest and saved us the cost of a new pump and installation.All we ended up needing was backup battery.Didnt collect any $/said to just pay when he installs the battery he ordered.I also really appreciate that he always shows us what he does/thoroughly explains things.also recommended great cleanup company for water damage.

Went very well. I have not worked with them before. the homeowner got the tech and they were very efficient and very fair on price.

I have used Weidemann Plumbing 4 times since Sept. 2013. They have been great, reasonably priced and punctual. I wouldn't use anyone else. I also like that they are local.

They did a great job. He did quality work. He set the expectations for the work very well at the beginning. He lived up to those expectations. He got the work done in 2 or 3 hours and the price he gave me was accurate. He was courteous and professional.

I left a message on the regular number and the emergency number at approximately 6:00PM on 12/19, the Thursday before Christmas. Weidemann returned my call in less than an hour. As promised two guys arrived with a new water heater at 8:00AM the next morning. They were quick, clean, efficient, professional, and finished in less than an hour. And the took the old water heater when they left. As I listened to them talk, it was very clear that they knew their business. I would call them again without hesitation. They were terrific and I'm very happy with their service.

He was really great. I was pleased with him. I haven't had any problems since. I would recommend him.

In general, the work was excellent and the plumber could not have been more cooperative. In his initial visit he explained problems that might arise with the old plumbing, ordered parts (which he said would be expensive because of age of system) and came back later to do installation. He put in a much more compact drain system than the kit provided by Ikea. While he was working on sink, he showed me how to drain my reserve water tank for my heating system so that he could then check pressure and install replacement of a faulty gauge -saving me some cost so he wouldn't have to spend time dumping the buckets of water. He then repressurized the system and I checked all the radiators for trapped air. Finally, he dealt with a slow drain from an 80 year old laundry sink that receives discharge from washing machine and had never been serviced. He bored a hole in the drainage pipe, snaked the "gunk" out, and then clamped a cover over the hole which can easily be accessed in the future if it ever has to be cleared again. The plumber came on Tuesday, the day after I contacted them. He ordered parts and said he would be back on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) but never showed up or called and my call was not returned until Monday. This was a minor annoyance and I should have been notified so I did not have to hang around waiting for someone to show up. I thought the hourly rate was a bit high but I was satisfied with the work and did not want to spend time to "shop around." I did not get a firm quote in advance, realizing that this was not a straight forward job and there were a lot of unknowns. I give credit for experience, on-the-spot problem solving and taking customer's desires into account. Moral: the Ikea sink cost far more to properly install than the sink and vanity itself (which I had planned to install myself), but in the end I got the space savings that the new unit offered and took care of some bothersome maintenance issues so I am glad I finally "bit the bullet" and got the other jobs done before they became an emergency. I chose this plumber because he was local and listed on Angie's List.

The installation went very well. Alex and Sam were punctual and courteous. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done in three days. I would definitely recommend Luke Weidemann plumbing to family and friends.

Everything went very well with no problems. Always left the are clean and neat. Removed all old materials. They stand behind their work and are quick to respond. As far as the most recent problem which was the clogged garbage disposal, it was a tough job but they stuck with it until resolved. I had washed potato skins down the disposal and it turned into mush and clogged everything. They had to actually go all the way out to the street to unclog it but managed to do so. After they explained what should and should not be disposed of in the disposal and how to maintain it. I feel very confident with this company and would not hesitate to call them again when the next problem arises. They are reasonably priced and reliable.

I am so furious that they didn't return my call.

Call at noon left a message. Received a call back at 3:20. Was sitting in my driveway when I arrived home (per our conversation). Fixed faucet in 10 mins.& measured for new toilets. Toilets came in in 5 days and were installed the following day. He was great and could not ask for better service. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

They are wonderful. I use them for all of my plumbing projects. They just do fantastic work. I recommend them to my friends. All of the staff are very friendly, and they are very considerate. The technicians are very prompt, and will call if there are ever any issues. They are reasonably priced as well. I've never had an issue with them in the 15 years I've been using them.

I've been using Luke Weideman Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning for 20 years. They've done a good job all that time and their prices are competitive or better than anyone else we've checked. I like the service they provide and quick response. They're definitely worth checking in to.

On the Wednesday morning after Hurricane Sandy, I found water leaking into my foyer. This was right after taking a shower, so right away I thought I had a problem with the shower. I have used Luke Weideman for many plumbing and HVAC jobs over the past 10 years, and they've always done a great job, frequently saving my neck in various emergencies. This time, they squeezed me in around various storm-related calls that they had. They came both on 10/31 and 11/1 to test, one by one, the pipe, the pan, and the water-tightness of the grouting. They proved that the shower was NOT the culprit, which saved me from unnecessarily tearing up the shower. The source of the water had to somehow be related to the storm, and I have to clean the gutters and inspect the roof instead of blaming the shower.

They always come on time. They are completely reliable.

I I've been using Luke Weidemann Plumbing for over a year now and they are by far the best service company I have ever used. I've had their plumber Chris come to my house a few times before, so I called them up and asked for him by name. He came over and helped me with a home renovation project that I am doing by myself. I am renovating a bathroom - a complete gut job - and when it comes to dealing with the cast iron ideal bend - I know when enough is enough and to call in a pro. Chris came in and took care of removing the old toilet flange and replacing the new flange. He also helped me with some of the drain lines that connect to the ideal bend for the tub and sink. He works very diligently but also very quick and makes no mess.

Weidemann sent 2 men - an experienced plumber and helper/trainee. They showed up on time, were clean, friendly and it took them 2 hours to complete the job. I considered this a one man job to change out faucets, and other than running out to the truck to fetch a tool, the helper sat & watched the plumber do the work. I felt the price was very high for 2 hrs of work by one man, especially when I supplied the materials. The invoice indicated that additional flexible hose was needed on the job, but it was never discussed nor was this cost itemized on the bill. I had not asked Weidemann for an estimate in advance, however I certainly did not expect the bill to be over $300. Overall, I recommend Weidemann's work but ask for an estimate in advance.

I called in the morning. I got a return call within an hour. The serviceman came about 2 hours later and fixed the problem.

They did an AMAZING job. We've used other plumbers in the past who have not shown up when they said they would, who have made a mess while working and left it for us to clean. These guys were nice, punctual, clean and friendly. They did an amazing job, cut a tiny, almost surgical hole in our foundation, and solve all of our problems. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Really really really wonderful

A portion of my cast iron drain line in the basement cracked open and started leaking hours before I left for the airport on a business trip. Luckily my wife was home and she called Luke Weidemann Plumbing who was highly recommended to me. They came right over and replaced the length of pipe that was cracked open. Dominic and Chris did the work and they are super nice and very helpful and thorough. I'd highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.
