Description of Work: Cleared and cleaned a clogged drain (kitchen). Cleared the stoppage from the vent pipe on the roof. Work was professional and thorough.

Description of Work: Replace my oil heater with a nat gas high efficiency version. Did a really nice job to tie the old pipes into the new system. There was a poorly designed part on the heater itself which they kept replacing when it failed until the new design showed up in the part and all has been well since. We have used them for other jobs in he past as well.

The DeMarcos were everything you'd want in plumbers - knowledgeable, prompt, professional, honest, responsive, clean. I just bought fixer-upper, and they patiently answered all of my questions. They were reasonable about which repairs needed to be done immediately and which could wait. The project took a few days over a period of two weeks, and they always arrived when they said they would.
Description of Work: - Removed and reinstalled two radiators due to installation of new hardwood floors - Checked and performed maintenance on heating system - Checked and tuned up two toilets - Installed new gas water heater (replacing electric water heater)

Upstair A/C wasn't cooling. Outside unit not working. They answered our call promptly and in spite of the fact that this was during aheat wave and they were very busy, they came out the next day. Repaired outside unit and service both air conditioning units.
Description of Work: Have used this service twice so far. Always prompt, punctual, and professional. Good knowledge of technical details. Work to resolve problem regardless of how long is necessary.
