He was very easy to contact. He actually did the work on a Sunday, but it took several calls to get a written receipt from him which in the end he hand delivered to my front door. I thought his price was a liitle high, but he did come out on a Sunday morning to do the work.

Very satisfactory experience. Extremely customer oriented.

A very considerate gentleman, who took time to review all our repair needs. While his estimate was not as clear as others we obtained, his fees appear to be not quite competitive. The critical issue here was the cost of replacement v. repair (where others recommended the latter). Itemized projects priced considerably higher in labor costs than others.

He was very accommodating and performed the job in less than three days.

The work was done efficiently, cleanly and I am satisfied with the result.

Responded quickly, provided an estimate within a few days, did the work by the next week at the quoted price.

HE WAS PROMPT, BUT WITHOUT GETTING UP ON THE ROOF, THE THINGS RECOMMENDED WERE JUST GUESSES. ANOTHER PERSON CAME OUT AND GOT ON THE ROOF AND CORRECTED AN ACTUAL DOWNSPOUT BLOCKAGE. I GUESS ITS HARD TO COMPLAIN SINCE IT DIDNT COST ME ANYTHING (OTHER THAN MY TIME TO LOOK AT IT WITH HIM).

I think he was fantastic. I would give him 5 stars.

Jim was very professional. He returned my phone call promptly, made good use of email, and performed the work quickly and in the timeframe and for the price that he promised. I am very pleased.

He said he would come out that week. He never called to say why he didn't come.

Though I found someone else to perform the work, I want to report that Jim was responsive to my request, and was willing to help. He seems like a nice guy and I would certainly would use his services in the future.

Jim was very cooperative, site was left very clean, easy to deal with. Extra work was priced very fairly.

Overall very pleasant experience. James visited my house several times to give me an accurate estimate for the work. As I was selling my house, I needed to get the work done ASAP and James accomodated my schedule. He is very pleasant, detailed oriented and very professional.

The job was more involved than Jim expected from my description. He needed to create a safe and stable attachment point for a heavy, expensive fixture. The job was completed to high standards of excellence. I expect to use him for other things. I included a tip beyond what his bill was.

Avrum really turned out to be just the professional we were looking for. All of the work was done professionally and with an excellent eye for detail. He always showed up when he said he would and the work was done on the schedule he predicted. He went out of the way to make sure that things were done the way we wanted, and changed anything we asked. Our bedroom and hall look great! The previous owners had painted right over giant adhesive pads and screws, and left lots of pits and holes. Avrum must have packled/sanded/repaired 150 blemishes in the hallway alone! This was a perfect experience.

Avrum is exactly the person we have been looking for since we bought our house! Neither my wife nor I are handy, and we have accumulated a list of things around the house (both big and small projects), that are beyond our ability. We gave Avrum a call, he came over on the weekend, spent plenty of time with us going around our house, looking at our list of tasks, making suggestions, and telling us if projects were big undertakings or easy fixes. He helped us prioritize our projects and was kind enough to suggest that regardless of whether or not we had him do the bigger jobs, he'd come back and fix our most annoying problem (our kitchen faucet had no water pressure). After he installed our faucet (again, on our schedule, coming out at 6pm on a Monday), Avrum walked around the house with us again and gave us a very fair estimate for the rest of our projects. We can't wait to have Avrum get the rest of our house in ship shape!

He did a fantastic job. He is very professional and has quality workmanship. He worked with us regarding the plan and design of the fence and delivered exactly what we had in mind. He started and completed the job in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with him.

He was not a rip-off. He came to look at the problem with no charge and said he would have to come out and asses the problem after it snowed again.

Avrum was ontime, and finished the work as agreeded. He left the work site clean and tidy. Avrum had the lowest prices and the best quality of work. My other house in Palm Beach needed a new floor and the person who did it for me charged to much, and was not half as good as Avrum. My highest recomendation.

JIM was an amazing worker. He was the best worker I had ever found. He did exactly what he said for a reasonable price. He is the top of the line Roof Cleaner. He is the only roof cleaner I could find, and I just happened to find the best.
