JENKINTOWN LAWN SERVICE

We purchased a Groupon for the services of this company, paying $179 for ten lawn mowings. The experience has been absolutely awful from the start. Top date, the company has provided two lawn cuts out of the ten. However, the lawnmower blades were too low and in several parts of my lawn, the blade contacted the ground and completely removed the grass that was once there. Coupled with the lack of rain we've experienced this summer, this has led to several dead areas on my lawn directly near the damaged grass. About a month ago, the person (who never gave his name or was friendly/professional in any way) stopped by to cut the grass for the 3rd time on Saturday, July 7th. We told him that the due to the heat, the grass had not really grown and he could push the next mowing back a week or so. We have not heard anything from him since. After countless text messages and phone calls (during which we learned his cell phone mailbox is full, so others are likely having issues with him as well) without response we have just decided to move on. We have approached Groupon for a refund of our money, and we will be looking elsewhere for lawn service. I guess the adage "you get what you pay for" very much applies here. If you want good, professional service that keeps your lawn trimmed and in good shape, DO NOT use this awful company.

Kenique has been tending to our property for almost two years. He is great, his prices are very competitive, and he has an amazing green thumb. Everything he plants for us takes and looks great. I would recommend him to anyone.
