HIGH END APPLIANCE

WARNING- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The day we were expecting the tech, we were give a window from 8-11am. When the tech did not show we phoned multiple times and each time they gave the same answer... "They are on their way". After hours of phone calls and the same run-around, we finally had a tech arrive (in the late afternoon). He seemed knowledgable and apologetic. He assessed an oven, 2 ice makers, and a microwave and wrote an estimate for $1500. We paid $700 as a deposit and were told he would be back the following week. Over a MONTH later, we have neither heard from the tech nor the company. I have phones multiple times, leaving several messages. When I finally do speak to someone they say they need to check the file and need to call me back. They do not call back. This is either the most poorly run company or it is a SCAM. I phoned today and was, yet again, promised a call back. They did not call back.

They diagnosed the problem without opening up the motor section of the dishwasher. We paid $150 deposit. On the return visit they realized many more parts needed to be replaced. With the additional parts it would be less expensive to replace the entire dishwasher. We opted to not continue with the service. We attempted to contact them many times to talk to the manager and they have not returned our calls.
