+ -1 moreI'm allergic to insect stings. When I found a growing wasp nest close to my front entrance I wanted it removed. Mr. Maurer responded to my call and arrived on time the next day. It took him just a matter of minutes to dispatch the wasps and remove the nest. I've seen no wasps lingering at the site of the old nest. Mr. Maurer guaranteed his work for 30 days. If wasps return to build a new nest, he will remove it.
Description of Work: Killed wasps and removed their next.

Description of Work: We were told by another company that we very likely have termites, and were quoted a very expensive price to treat the property and eradicate them. We had used Greg before and liked him, and he has worked for a family member for years so we called him. He came over the same day, performed an inspection with me, while explaining what we were looking for and showing me pictures of termites, and concluded that he could find no evidence of current termite activity. He left it up to us if we wanted to get treated just in case, and when we decided not to do anything more for now he left without even billing us for his time. He was very nice and professional, and saved us a large unnecessary expense. And, we were very pleased with his prior work.

+ -1 moreHe was terrific. He was polite, courteous and more than fair. He came on time 7 am, then came at noon to retreat because he didn't want me to have a problem during the holiday weekend. He told me to wait until Tuesday to mail him a check to make sure the problem was resolved. It was resolved, I didn't need him to come back, and mailed the check. I definitely recommend him and would use him again.
Description of Work: He treated for bees. I had several bees nest in the lawn, outside the front door, and down the path.

+ -1 moreHaving gone into anaphylaxis shock years ago from an insect bite, I wanted to get rid of the new wasp infestation. I couldn't see the nest, but every hour or so a wasp would enter the side vent of the air conditioner. It went very well. The service was very easy to schedule over the phone. Mr. Maurer arrived early in the morning. He shot two different aerosol pesticides into air conditioner. Within minutes a wasp fell dead from the unit, covered in a white powder. Since then, I haven't seen any wasps entering or leaving.
Description of Work: Mr. Maurer exterminated a wasp nest lodged in my window air conditioner, first floor.

+ -1 moreI am pleased with the service and the employees. I do wish they took credit cards, but the price is very good. I feel safe letting the workers in my house. They are friendly and caring people.
Description of Work: The exterminator gave the house thorough assessment and spraying for $84.80. Then the maintenance fee for monthly service is $25 a month for monthly spraying and checking on mouse food (if it is gone). They come the same time every month and the same exterminator comes so he knows your house. The owner came the first time and explained all the services and the safety of the product. There is a lot of individual attention and assessment of your house.
